Deck Resurfacing
I was able to do my own tear down and disposal of my old deck at zero cost to me. The old joist and footings were salvaged and reused. Hickery Dickery Decks did a professional job from the Estimate to job completion. Rob, the owner of the Stoney Creek franchise appeared well versed on decks and made the transaction easier. Adam the one-man team was precise in his workmanship and measurements. He was simply, superb. I would recommend Hickery Dickery Decks, (Stoney Creek and/or Mississauga) without hesitation.

Deck Replacement
We recently had our deck completely renovated by Hickory Dickory Decks (Mississauga South West) we were very pleased with the result! The original cedar deck was 25 years old and rotted in parts. We replaced with composite decking and added an ETP Picket Style Aluminum Railing System. Mitch, takes immense pride in what he does, and it definitely shows in the quality of his work. The final product; Incredible Service from Rob & Mitch, and a beautiful composite deck, we will enjoy for many years to come. New Deck!
Great! Fighting the weather the entire install, bit cramped in our yard,permits, my personality, etc...Bob handled it all well. Very positive professional attitude with a good eye to customer service. Want a good , tough long lasting deck? Better call Bob.... Thanks for all, Kevin

Remove old deck & install new one
Right from the start we dealt with Bob who was extremely helpful, and from there Fred, Art and Adam did a magnificent job on installing our new composite deck, working through terrible weather to complete it in a timely manner. Shirley-Ann & Brian

Deck looks amazing
Amazingly knowledgeable sales woman Charleigh worked up an estimate in March to replace the old deck on the home I had moved in to last September. I had asked for a Cadillac deck with gazebo, top of the line composite maintenance free decking etc. She was not pushy when I indicated I wanted to think about it as the cost would be over 45K$. A couple of weeks later I contacted her and said I may want a Cadillac deck but didn't really need one. So she revised it to a lower cost maintenance free composite that fit my needs. When Mother Nature finally stopped the rain, the deck was built in a week in May expertly by John, who was very precise and took great care in making sure it looked perfect. Charleigh has even offered to have HDD install a hardtop gazebo if I decide to have one in the future. Being a female senior citizen, it was really appreciated to not have a high pressure sales person but a knowledgeable and understanding one. Thank you Charleigh and HDD.

Deck Replacement
Rob was excellent throughout the process of us acquiring our new deck. He encouraged our input during the design and construction, showing patience and addressing all our concerns. Rob was involved throughout all stages of the deck construction, and was always available to talk to. He is very knowledgeable, has a pleasing personality and it was a pleasure dealing with him. We thank Adam for his excellent work building our new deck. He is a hard working- professional, who takes pride in his work and delivers an excellent product. I would highly recommend Rob and his company (Hickory Dickory Decks Mississauga SouthW) in dealing with your decking needs.

Deck Building
If you are looking for someone competent to build you a deck, we highly recommend Ibrahim, from Hickory Dickory Decks (Ottawa-East). Clearly, Ibrahim cares about his product and his clients. From our very first conversation with Ibrahim at the Ottawa Home Show, to the development of the project specifications and the completion of the deck, our experience was very positive. We were impressed by his knowledge, his professionalism, his workmanship, and his after-sale service. Ibrahim was businesslike and well organized, he listened to our needs, he was open to modifications along the way, and he built us a quality deck that we love. Would we hire him again? In a heartbeat. Et Ibrahim parle français aussi!

Excellent Job
HDD Niagara did a wonderful replacement & expansion of my deck. Very pleasant people involved from start to finish. Brad and Henry work very carefully and are meticulous. Very professional!!

Deck
The work was done quickly, professionally and the project looks great. However, a few issues persist one issue being cosmetic and is just annoying while the second almost caused the project to be stopped by the inspectors.

remove old deck & replace with new structure
We contracted Hickory Dickory to remove our old 2 layer deck and replace it wirh a new cedar structure. Bob and his staff made short work of the old deck,removing it completely in approx 4 hrs and had the bin filled and removed that afternoon. The material for the new deck was delivered the following Monday Bob's crew arrived 2 days later. They prepped the site for the new deck, with a power auger and had it ready the same day. Bob' crew, Fred, Art & Adam installed the new joists and base supports to receive the deck boards. The installation was done with fine detail and craftsmanship on every stage of the job. Fred and Art take pride in their work, ensuring each piece was correctly fitted and finished before leaving the job We would recommend Hickory Dickory without hesitation if you are looking for a professional well built deck.
