    Fix the Air Conditioning with squeeze sound

    Thanks to your accountable company and the excellent service provided by your delightful employees on 21 Aug 2021 to fix my home A/C with squeeze sound problem. I want you to know how much I appreciate your Senior mechanic's attention to detail. They are very professional to do on this job and finally to settle on such serious A/C squeeze sound problem. Now, the squeeze sound is reduced a lot and reach to my acceptable level. I felt very comfortable.     Replace and Relocate Furnace/AC

    Great work on moving my Furnace and AC system from one corner of my house to the other. The work was professionally done, great communication. Took my suggestions and requests into account and overall a perfect experience. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to do a large job or small job.

    Great service and product

    I have just replaced my 22 years old Carrier gas furnance from Highlife this week. I am happy with the product (Infinity model) and their service and I must say the technician Sam he is very professional and helpful. I definitely would recommend Highlife to my friends. Good job ! KW Ng

    High Efficiency Gas Furnace

    My gas furnace died on Sunday and called Highlife (but they close on Sunday). They call me back at 9:01am Monday morning, provided a very good price for the replacement and offered to send someone in the afternoon. Two guys show up, lay out floor protection and very carefully moved the new furnace to the basement and removed the old furnace. The total time for the installation is about 90 to 120 minutes. They checked everything to make sure that all related equipment are working before they left. One thing very impressive is there are absolutely no garbage left. almost spotless! Amazing services from ordering to installation. I can feel the warm again! Timely, courteous, professional, knowledgably and clean.

    DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY

    We hired this company to install a furnace, and they talk a great game. They tell you what you want to hear, and are full of assurances. After they had completed the job, I had to contact them for a follow up issue. It took me months to get anyone to even give me a complete answer. AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. A year later, we had our water heater replaced, and the gas guys from ENBRIDGE were less than impressed by the short cuts that High Life had done. I had to literally change two things myself, or they were going to shut off our gas. I recently had a warranty question and gave up after a few days of trying to contact them, and no one returned my calls, or emails.

    hi there. we have been in business for 30 years and have always strived to take care of our customers. all our technicians and licensed and certified and all our jobs are done according to code. any issues with any installation will have to be tagged by law by a licensed technician. we have not recieved any notifications or tags from Enbridge which we are required by code to fix within a given time. we also always reply to all our calls and messages. feel free to contact us if you have any issues any time 7 days a week.

    Good for buying new - Stay away for servicing existing!

    It took 3 calls, 1 request via the website and 5 days for me to get a service tech to visit regarding our furnace that wasn't turning on. The tech identified the issue quickly and that visit cost me $110 (no issues with this part). It took 3 more calls and 3 more days to get a quote on the part and repair which they finally said was going to cost $850 for the part & labour. I thought this sounded too high so I researched the part (Fast-Stat) and discovered that it is used when adding AC to an existing furnace .... something that High Life installed for me 6 years ago themselves (I must say that I was very happy with the install and product at that time). I found the part on Amazon for $140. I then messaged the manufacturer to inquire about their warranty and they said they would ship me one for free!! I ended up installing it myself in 15min. I was disappointed in the customer service process (too slow and needs more modern system to initiate, log and track). I was also disappointed that they were trying to charge me $850 for a part that they installed themselves that they would likely get for free and that involved 15min of labour. I will not be using them for future service needs.

    Install a furnace

    the technician is so friendly and did a great job. The furnace is quiet and save gas.

    Great service, New Carrier Infinity Furnaces installation

    We have a new Carrier Infinity 98% AFUE Furnaces from High Life Heating & AC Inc. this weekend. It now improve my home more efficiency and comfort than before. I am very happy to have specialist Darren Ye and technician Ali team their great experts service. We would recommend them to our neighbors and friends. Thank you to Darren and Ali team !

    AC Replacement

    It was easy to tell when working with Mark that we were dealing with professionals. He was very responsive, straightforward, easy to understand, and competitive in pricing. His team was prompt, clean, courteous and efficient. Any questions were answered without hesitation, and we would highly recommend Mark and High Life for future AC work.
