    excellent customer service. very polite, professional, and courteous. completed the work as scheduled. this company is now my preferred choice for all cooling/heating work for all my properties.

    Carrier home air conditioner install

    Excellent service and installation by Highlife, they have been around a very long time and have a lot of experience. This is my third time using them as I have moved a couple of times in the GTA and each time their workers and install was great. They had proper masks and gloves the whole time here as well. The salesman was very fair on price, best quote as usual in fact and fit us in with 1 day notice! A big help when you have 2 small children and a very warm uncomfortable home! They are always updated with best rebates if any too. They also checked and fixed our home humidifier and filter during the AC install no charge, as it was a small issue.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    Calling High Life for furnace and AC replacement quotation. They identified my furnace entitled on one of the factory rebate program. I can save a lot on replacing existing deficienied furnace. Sales is very professional to answer all of my dummy to technical questions. The technicians are wearing mask and gloves to helping us on installing the furnace and AC during Covid-19. Appreciated on their hard work. Great job!

    Same day service - happy/satisfied customer

    This was my second time using High Life to repair my furnace. This time it was to replace a pressure switch. Spoke with Mark in the morning and diagnosed the situation over the phone. Technician came later in the day and promptly got the furnace working again. Thanks!

    Furnace Replacement

    We dealt with Mark for the sales process and he was easy to work with. I got a quote over the phone after giving him a few details. He knew of what rebates(including government ones) I could apply for and as a result gave me the best price. I was able to get the furnace installed on the same day that I ordered it. He even threw in a humidifier because that was the current promotion. At the same time as the installation, Mark arranged for the energy audit to take place. This basically killed 2 birds with one stone. I didn't need to be at home another day for the audit. The audit was for the government rebate. Ali did the installation and was quick and efficient. He even told me my original electronic filter was connected incorrectly. It was always one if the furnace had power. He changed to it turn on when the furnace fan was on. This a small thing that he didn't have to do, but he did it anyways. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a small gas leak. I noticed the smell in the evening and ended up calling Enbridge. The leak didn't set off the detector, but I could see bubbles from the using the water and soap test. The technician ended up turning off the gas to the furnace. Ali came over fixed it first thing the next day. He told me I should have called him right away (even in the evening). He would've come.

    new furnace installation

    Our 20 year old furnace broke down on one of the coldest nights so far this year. Luckily our neighbour had their furnace just replaced by High life and recommended that we use them as well. They came quickly and had it replaced the next morning. They did a good and clean job. I would recommend them

    Carrier furnace replacement

    We had High Life replace our old furnace with the new Carrier Multistage furnace. The technicians arrived on time, furnace installed in a professional manner, energy auditor showed up on time as discussed, and old furnace taken away as agreed. Salesperson Kevin well informed about the products and available rebates and application process. Will recommend to families and friends.

    Air conditioner repair

    High Life Heat, Air Conditioning and Security is our new go to company for any HVAC and security needs. They have serviced us for the past two years in the capacity of water tanks as well as other HVAC items for our commercial properties.     Furnace Installation and AC Repair

    I always turn to Mark and the team at High Life for all my HVAC needs. I had a Carrier Infinity furnace installed a few years ago. High Life's pricing and service were truly exceptional! I had to call on them again recently as my AC wouldn't fire up. The service technicians came promptly, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. Very professional!

    AC replacement

    This is my 2nd time asking help from Mark/High Life and they have not disappoint. My AC broke late Spring 2019. I have two kids at home and no way I can have a peaceful night without AC. I called Mark mid afternoon asking for advise and within 30 minutes, I have made the decision to ask Mark to install a new unit for me. I even pushed my luck to have a installer come by on the same day and guess what happened? Mark and team delivered! By 7:30pm, I have a fully functional AC unit installed and tested! I cannot say thank you enough for this great service.
