    Furnace

    I had sounds coming from my furnace, I asked if there was anything I could do to try and fix it before sending in an technician. I tried everything to fix it. It went away for a few days but came back. Had an technician sent in the next day, and verified the problem with water leaking into my furnace ordered repleacement parts and came back to fix it. Fast, knowledage and professional. Highly recommended!

    Furnace and humidifier replacement

    My furnace died on the coldest day. The staff at High Life were very helpful. They were very professional throughout the entire process from the sales representative to the installation crew. They took the time to answer all our questions. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

    Furnace, air conditioner and humidifier

    This was our first time replacing our furnace and air conditioner, so we had a lot of questions. Our salesperson Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very thorough. The technicians arrived on time as promised, and they kept our house tidy and cleaned the area after work is done. They even put clothes/rugs on the floor in areas they walk by, avoiding scratches and dirt on our floor. Couple days after the installation we also received a call from Mark just to check if the units are working fine. We would definitely recommend High Life and Mark to our families and friends.

    A/C installation

    The workers at Highlife (HL) did a great job installing an A/C unit in our house. As a first time homeowner, I had lots of questions and the sales staff provided all the answers I needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. After the installation, the HVAC techs from HL were professional and provided tips on how to keep the A/C unit perform efficiently. I have had no issues since and would highly recommend HL to friends and family!

    Central Air Conditioner

    Getting High Life to help me install my central air conditioner was the best decision I have ever made for my home. Not only were they very professional, but they also took the time to explain to me my options without pressuring me to buy anything that I didn't need. I really appreciated that, and it is these little things that really make High Life stand out from their competitors. I could immediately tell that the employees at High Life has been doing this for a very long time as they were able to quickly assess my property and provide me with an easy and efficient way to work around the complicated layout of my house. Lastly, I extremely appreciate the work and craftsmanship of High Life. They don't cut corners and will go the extra mile to ensure that I am 100% satisfied with the product. Thank you High Life ! I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to install HVAC.

    Ductless AC - multizone heatpump

    After living in our new house for a year, we noticed that the existing ductless AC unit in our second floor stairwell couldn't sufficiently cool the main floor. The main floor and basement would also get quite cool in the winter. Mark from High Life went over some options that would fit our needs (multizone heat pump was decided on in the end) with a quote that was as good as we could find. I was concerned with how the installation would be done on our old house, but was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly it went; the installation was done by a very experienced tech in less than a day. We are very satisfied with our purchase and overall experience with High Life.

    New Buildings

    Mark and his team are amazing. I've just finished my second build and they did incredible work. I've used them for both projects and couldn't be happier. Mark went through all the product capabilities and efficiencies with me and worked closely with my contractor during build schedules to meet my deadlines. One more new build to go and will definitely be calling High Life.

    furnace

    We had our furnace installed by High Life. The technicians were very knowledgeable , detailed and performed a fantastic installation. Their pricing was very good compared with others in our area. Highly recommend them.

    Furnace tune up

    I had my furnace installed 2 years ago, and this is the first tune up. The technician is very knowledgeable, performed a good and detailed job. Point out what we need to do, change filer regularly and showed us how to set humidifier.
