    Replaced old Furnace

    It's always a pleasure working with Mark and the High Life Heating & cooling team . This is the second time we have used High Life to replace a furnace / AC and the techs have been on time , friendly and always willing to listen and answer all of our questions . Mark is great ! Thanks again for all your advice and time spent with us making sure we would be happy.

    Entire house

    We had our ac and Furnace and whole house ductwork installed by high life heating. The sales associate Mark was very knowledgeable and suggested the best system for our project. The install was done professional and neatly. We have already referred them to our neighbours

    Carrier Air Conitioning and Heating

    I installed Carrier AC in 2010, it broke down after two years, the condenser fan and evaporator coil leaked. Get repaired till now, the AC broke down again the evaporator coil leaked. Call the High Life never show up. Please don't buy Carrier AC product, all made in China, poor QA.

    New Furnace Installation

    When our furnace broke down a week ago, I was hesitant to go with HighLife when I read the many negative reviews at Homestars. However, I was referred to Mr. Mario Ma by a colleague who was very satisfied with the service. Mr. Ma, the sales rep, was punctual when we met. He was very honest in assessing and explaining the need of a new furnace, instead of repairing the old one. Furthermore, he scheduled the installation within a few days. On the day of the installation, the installer came on time and started the work. And from the start to finish, they were very professional and thorough. No short cuts and even explaining what they were doing. True professionals! I read in the reviews that Highlife installer left a mess. Perhaps the other ones, but not this time. I hope that Highlife will continue to surpass this type of service for any issues that may occur in the future. This is how you distinguish your company from the rest, after sales warranty. I would strongly recommend anyone to deal with Mr. Mario Ma and request Kia & Sam to install your furnace/ac unit. I am very satisfied with their work.

    Poor service and rude

    This company installed my furnace 2 years ago. Called and requested service in the summer 2016. No call back. Called January 2017 to have furnace serviced. Agreed on 4 hour window. Did not show up called and advised service person could not get parking because of fear of parking ticket. We have a driveway that person could have parked in ???. So obviously never came and was being dishonest. Please do not use this company

    Bad service after sell

    This company service not good after they sell. Do not change the air condition control from them. We've changed the heating control from them, it doesn't work in Winter!!! We call them emergency, we get no answer during 1 day! Seriously

    BEWARE: Horrible customer service/no shows for warranty repairs!

    My wife purchase air conditioner from them 6 years ago! Last year we had them came in to fix - the guy couldn't find the leak and charged us for replacing the coolant - Guess what, this year , it's not working again! Made 3 phone call and have not receive any confirmation as when they can send someone to help! HORRIBLE after sales service! Be careful UPDATE: AC still down since May 28th! Technician did come June 3rd, and found cause of coolant leak, but did not have replacement coil, says we have to call high life to reschedule again! After repeated calls, they gave us a new date of June 17th. June 17th came and went, says they were too busy and rescheduled us for June 18th (4pm-6pm). Well I've given up as it's almost 10pm, and just getting voicemails when trying to call 905-513-0345 (since 6pm). It going to be over 30C tomorrow and we were supposed to host a family BBQ for father's day! Beware, after sales they have no interest in their customer service/callbacks/repairs when under warranty!

    terrible customer service

    The High Life Heating company installed two hot water tanks for my home two years ago. I started to experience rotten egg smell and black hot water 3 months ago and tried to find out what is cause. By eliminating all others then I found out it is the hot water tank which has magnesium anode rod that react with my nature well water. I called the installer and their unacknowledged technician did not do anything but just complaining my well water. Their manager is even worse, not only don't try to help to solve the issue but with very strong bad attitude to communicate. I invest my time to write here to help other customers don't make same mistake as I did. Don't use this company!!!!

    Furnace replacement

    We had our furnace replaced in December after our 7 year old one had broken down. We received a very reasonable price for our replacement, along with prompt, efficient service and an extremely professional installation. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with High Life.

    Air condition

    I found them on Chinese Sing Tao back in 2003. The work was ok since their installer did not clean up very well after their work and hole they drilled through our basement the patch work was marginal good. The a/c still still working - I had the Goodman brand for cost saving purpose.
