We had a very tight timeline to order our windows (we found out with only 6 weeks to go that in fact we did already have fibreglass pink, so at last minute we decided to put that money toward windows and doors instead). At the consulation, Joseph was most helpful in suggesting what types of windows to get, based on the layout of our house and outdoor porch. He also promised that we would get the windows in time for the final provincial energy audit, and he moved mountains to do so. The installers were very efficient and resourceful, dealing with some complicated outdoor features that caused problems reaching the windows. Finally, they were very tidy both inside and outside the house, cleaning up the sidewalk, garden, and rooms of the wood splinters and waste. I am thrilled with our windows, especially the coloured frames we splurged on for the front of the house!

Joe arrived at our home in late November to discuss the purchase and installation of a new front door and side lights. Joe spent over an hour discussing all aspects; answering my many questions and making excellent suggestions. Since my husband was at the office, Joe then invited both of us to visit the showroom, on a Saturday, to see all available door and glass choices; as well as the many different hardware options. Joe was so very patient! Our new door was installed last week - the installers were excellent. Ruben took charge immediately upon his arrival....working steadily, in very cold weather, to complete the installation in a timely fashion. They also tidied up when they were finished. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

We found this company through HomeStars and we compared it to the service and estimates we received from two other companies. We were able to confidently choose Home Decor for our project after meeting Joseph at our home and also meeting Tony, the owner, at the showroom. Joseph was very helpful with his suggestions for a beautiful and practical product to suit out house. He is knowledgeable and confident of the quality of the products his company sells. He also conveyed his confidence in the workmanship of the installers. He was attentive to the details such as the beautiful glass window, the entry set, the door frame, and the threshold. As promised, Joseph visited our home on the day of the installation and even made a special trip to buy an illuminated doorbell! We contacted several companies to quote on the replacement of our nearly 100 year old oak door and sidelites, as we really wanted to preserve the character of our home. Joe Gerring from Home Decor was by far the most helpful, patient, and responsive of the sales people we spoke with. Will putting on absolutely no pressure, he took us through our options, showed us LOTs of photos of similiar styles. We finally settled on an absolutely beautiful arts & crafts style fibreglass door. Home Decor was able to custom fit our sidelites to our opening and desired glass height (something that the competitors were not able/willing to do without a huge markup). We were pleasantly surprised with the short lead time - only about four weeks from ordering to installation in what i can imagine is a busy time of the year. The installation crew was fantastic - very considerate, thorough, and professional. They took their time and even scooted back to the factory to grab additional materials when our less than square house presented a challenge. Finally, we also really appreciated their "all in one" price - quote contained everything from tax, staining, to installation , to hardware and trim....basically the total amount of money we'd be out of pocket for a complete door system (all that matters for the homeowner). For every other quote we had to add in at least one of these factors to get at total cost.

I had very heavy and very old solid cedar patio doors that were letting in the outside elements. The whole installation was probably not a clever idea as it was very heavy and I believe no one that owned the house previous to me had ever adjusted the doors. When it came time to find a company to replace this 6 foot set, I called several places and also spoke with a neighbour who had all their windows replaced recently. The only company who bothered to return my call and commit to an appointment was Home Decor Window and Door Centre. The installation team of two headed by Arnold was amazing and the attention to finishing detail was amazing. I have to say that I will look nowhere else when it comes time to replace upper floor windows and large livingroom windows. This particular product is great and provides my home with more comfort and security.

We replaced all the windows in the house, as well as switching french patio doors to sliding patio doors. We also had a beautiful Bay Window installed in the front of the house. Joe Gerring, the salesperson was outstanding, and very eager to accomodate. Joe really takes care of the details - and even had the staind glass in our front window re-created (and inserted into the Bay window) so that we were able to maintain the the integrity of our classic Allenby Home. Tony (the owner) really runs a professional operation..... and last but not least - Henry & Vincenzo (the two installers on my job) were amazing! No cutting corners or shaving time here! These two guys worked hard, did the job right, were reliable, and it was evident that they "cared". Thanks to everyone at Home Decor for a great experience. David & Ellen

We recently had Tony and his crew replace all the windows and a side entry door of our home. The quote was fair and the work was handled with the level of care, professionalism and craftsmanship that we've come to expect from Tony and his crew. They've worked for us in the past; these guys do remarkably well through word-of-mouth referals--in fact, they're well known by several neighbours on the street, having done installations at a number of these properties, again, all through word-of-mouth. Tony is not done until all matters of installation are complete and to his clients' satisfaction. We've had the odd minor adjustments that are common with these types of installs, especially in older homes, but they stand behind their 100% satisfaction policy and these issues have always been dealt with efficiently and with a smile. I'm a stickler when it comes to details, and I can honestly say that these guys are the same--they set the standard in the industry. Thanks again Tony and crew for the work you've done. We replaced our sliding door with a patio door. The doors were custom made to suit our style. The end result was beautiful! Every attention to detail was provided right down to the hardware. Joe and Tony were very professional. The insstallers were great and cleaned up after their work. We will be using Home Decor again to replace other doors and windows.

Was looking around for a front door replacement. And it is a double door with two sidelites and HUGE transam. Finally found this Company. Was really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the sales (they came to my place to look what could be done). Got bunch of catalogs to review. So far so good... Then went to see the showroom. Wow! Excellent doors!! Superior quality! Talked to Tony (the owner) - he gave me many very good advices regarding the design of my door (I am so happy now because I followed them). Finally the door was manufactured and installed. The installers were real professionals. At the end you get a short questionnaire where you can provide your feedback - nice! The door looks beautiful, the materials and the quality of craftsmanship is superior. I expected the door to be very good but this was above my expectations. The next morning me and my wife were leaving for work, went outside, looked at the door and we both could not believe how beautiful it was...
