Walkway, retaining wall, parking pad
This review is long overdue. I used Iberia 5 years ago for our front yard landscaping project. They were really good in explaining the materials, as well as some of the mistakes I'd made with my design. Initially, I thought their pricing was high until I compared with competitors. But honestly, when I saw how much work went into this project, how professional and knowledgeable their staff were, and their attention to detail, I realized that here was a company providing really good value. No question we could have found someone to do this job cheaper, but the quality would never be as good as that provided by Iberia. There are some jobs you can cheap out on, but hardscaping (especially on the front of your property) isn't one of them. A case in point - a previous landscaper had built our parking pad with pavers, but didn't prepare the ground properly. After less than a year, it looked like a roller coaster with huge dips where the car wheels were parked. Iberia pulled up the pavers, prepared the ground, and put the pavers back in. 5 years later that parking pad is absolutely flat with no dips or peaks! You can pay less for a crappy job, and then pull up your pavers every two years. Or you can pay what the job is worth and never have to touch it again. I can't say enough about how much work these guys did to ensure everything was perfect. After 4 days, I came home thinking the job was done. But they had guys there for another 3 days making small adjustments. They are perfectionists and it really shows in the final results. 5 years later and our walkway is still straight as an arrow. No grass poking through, no dips, no heaving. The retaining wall hasn't moved a single centimeter despite the extreme winters we've had the past two years. Anyone can do a good landscaping job that looks good a week after it's done. But 5 years in, the work that Iberia did looks like it was just completed yesterday. Backyard and pool deck
We had Iberia Landscape remove our wooden deck and interlocking brick, install new pagers and build a new waterfall feature for our pool. The crew were punctual, polite and very accommodating of all our requirements. In addition to the originally contracted work, they also surprised us by fixing some damage to the flagstone on our front walkway which posed a potential tripping hazzard by coming back unexpectedly a few weeks later unexpectedly. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them.

Front Yard Landscaping
We hired Iberia to remove two old patio stone walkways, remove soil and lay a new patio stone walkway up from the sidewalk and along our driveway to the front stairs. Iberia provided a fast, detailed and competitive estimate of the work to be completed. Iberia was always clear, concise and prompt in their communications about the project and all of the work was done on time and on budget. Iberia's staff were always friendly and patient - taking the time to answer any questions we had. The project was finished beautifully and the project site was left clean. We're very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Iberia to anybody looking to do a landscaping project.

deck repair
Chris and his crew took over the project of repairing our patio and pool decks after it was botched by a previous company. The cost was relatively expensive but worth every penny. The work was of high quality, and performed in a timely fashion i.e. professional. I highly recommend Iberia without any reservations.

Retaining Wall, Patio and Landscaping
Chris and his team were excellent to deal with. His crew arrived every day at 7:00 and worked 12hrs to get the job done. We had a huge Periwinkle problem in the front and an old wood retaining wall that needed to go. He worked with us to select the appropriate materials and review our design to make sure we would be happy. In the end we have new sod and a beautiful front patio and retaining wall. Furthermore, Chris and his crew were able to correct mistakes left from a past landscaper with very little cost. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the workmanship and level of professionalism.

Iberia Landscaping
We highly recommend Iberia. Chris gave us great advise, His crew did beautiful quality work. They were neat, efficient and pleasant.The work was completed on time even though there was some rain. Well done!

Retaining Wall
Chris and team were friendly, professional, and did solid work. They did the work in under the time they had estimated and on budget. I'd highly recommend them for any landscape support.

Front and back landscaping with brick work
We originally hired Iberia to install an interlocking walkway at the front of the house along with replacing an old wooden porch with a stone porch, replace grass with sod and create a garden area. This was done during the fall of 2012. As others have mentioned on their reviews Chris and his crew were a pleasure to have working on our project. The crew were punctual everyday, none of this here today and then gone for a few days before they return. Iberia starts a project and remains onsite everyday until completion. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent. Chris himself is easy to work with making suggestions that have strong impacts with minimal cost. We found him very easy to get hold of if needed and dropping by regularly throughout the project. During the summer of 2013 we wanted to do work to our back so the choice for us was obvious. I contacted Chris once again and he was quick to return my call and come out to take a look for discussion and quote. We had Iberia demolish an old parking pad and create a 2 level patio while replacing all the grass with sod and installing new fencing. Chris assigned the job to the same crew he had complete our front the year earlier giving us much confidence and comfort due to the familiarity of the crew. Once again the entire experience was top notch. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, the approachability and overall politeness with dealing with this team is incredible. The end result in the back gave us a functional area for entertaining or just relaxing with the family. . We now have a front and back to our house that we love. All our friends and family that come over can not believe the transformation while showering us with compliments. Thanks Iberia!

Landscaping (sodding, deck construction, stone work)
Working with Iberia is one of the best experiences I've had working with a contractor to-date. I hired them for a range of services, including landscaping, sodding, deck construction and the construction of flagstone steps for the front of my house. Chris's team was punctual and professional. They were respectful and did the "little things" that make having a team working at your house for several days manageable/enjoyable. The quality of the work was high. Chris selected high quality materials (wood for decking, sod, cedar trees, flagstone) without me having specified the quality in our contract. When the scope of the project exceed what we agreed upfront, Chris was reasonable in calculating cost-overrun pricing. I have a high level of trust for Chris and his team, and would recommend them to anyone.

Front Yard Landscaping - stone work
After reading many reviews on Homestars we decided to go with Iberia, and glad we did. We also saw a front yard project they were doing on a neighbours property and liked their work. The project we needed done was a smaller job in our front yard. We had previous landscaping pulled up, due to water pipe repair, and needed it put back together again. Some companies I called wouldn't do such a small project, so I'm glad Iberia could do it. Chris was very helpful with comments and responded quickly with a quote. He was friendly, easy to contact and great to deal with throughout our project. Price was fair and well worth the money. The crew was great and they were done in two days. They fixed a small rock wall by our car pad, refilled garden space, widened front car pad with addition of new pavers, and put out new sod. They were very friendly, on time, hard working and had great attention for detail. They really made sure rocks lined up perfectly. The addition of the new pavers match perfectly with our old weathered one. You can't tell it was done at different times. The finished project looks much better than I remember it before. Great! They cleaned up like they were never here. Because of their great work we've had a quote done for a backyard patio and look forward to working with them again in the spring. I'd highly recommend using them for whatever size project you need.
