On Tuesday the rental gas hot water heater started leaking. The rental service technician determined that the heater was not repairable. I requested a quote for J S Home services including timeline for a new electric water heater. The J S Home Services team were able to install the water heater Wednesday and have it functional by the afternoon. The J S Home Services team were efficient and professional.Answer from pro:

We had JS Home Service install our new engineered hardwood flooring. They did a fantastic job - the floors look beautiful. They were very courteous, on time, and competitively priced. Our house was not an easy home to do since it is filled with furniture and other items, but they made it as painless a process as possible. We're very happy with the work and are very likely to hire them for our upcoming kitchen reno as well.Answer from pro:

Once he understood the scope of work, he offered a far more cost-effective solution to assist us. Given our tight budget, this was great news - and we really appreciate him suggesting an alternative that made him considerably less money. Very refreshing.
