My wife and I decided to do a complete renovation to one of our bathrooms and our rec room in our home. We called many companies to get several quotes from contractors. We stumbled upon a company by the name of J & S Plumbing and boy are we thrilled we did. They were very respectful of our home, clean and courteous. They worked hard and were very knowledgable in the plumbing codes etc. We would not hesitate to recommend J & S Plumbing. We even got a call from there office the next day, to make sure that we were happy with the service that we got. Can you imaging that

Terrible customer service. Workmanship was shoddy. Contact person was Terri who would not agree to resend a plumber out without re-charging for another service call. Sounded professional over the phone but just interested in making a buck off customer's backs. Stay away!
