    The customer team is efficient and responsive. On the day of moving, the moving team arrived punctual which we did not expect after a 5 hour long distance drive to Ottawa. Ryan and his team were polite and so professionally experienced in handling heavy furniture that no bruise or any marks were made on walls and hardwood wood floor inside the house. This is the best movers that we've come across no matter in long-distance or local moving. It would be more user-friendly if accepting payment by credit card on phone instead of faxing / emailing all personal information as Internet fraud is so common nowadays .

    I'm very pleased with the service provided. I have used Jia Jia Movers 2x and plan on continue to use them as my moving company. You won't find better service for this price! *Just keep in mind that the movers may ask you for a "bigger" tip.

    3 factors that went into my decision to hire Jia Jia Moving: 1.Referred to us by a family member. 2.We saw the way our family members' moves went smoothly. 3.Your website was not confusing and no hidden charges. We appreciated the clarity in the emails and the professionalism on the phone. Everything was set out clearly and there were no surprises! We've never used a moving company before, so we are pleased that our experience with you was so easy.

    I have recommended Jia Jia to everyone I know. It is the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They were quick, professional and so kind. I am so impressed with Jia Jia, and I cannot say thank you enough.

    3 factors that went into your decision to hire Jia Jia Moving: 1.Price, customer reviews, 2.quality of website The two movers who helped me were amazing. They were super efficient and easy to talk with. They were very careful with my belongings! I will definitely be using their service again the next time I move.

    Moving service

    We contacted Jia Jia Moving and spoke with Crystal/Krystal with respect to the move. We wanted a specific date and they were able to accommodate and gave us a clear quote on how much it would cost and what time the move would start. On move date, the crew arrived promptly and was quite professional. The move was done well and the crew was quite helpful in understanding our needs. Unfortunately, one part of our couch was scratched and we raised the issue to the claims department. Amanda promptly got back to us and offered a reasonable solution. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and would recommend Jia Jia Moving to our friends.

    I was very impressed with Jia Jia's service. They came a bit earlier and politely asked whether or not I wanted to start earlier. Once they started, they were very quick and respectful of my condo's property. They finished in very good time. Also I found the movers to be friendly and polite. I was very happy with their service.

    Came highly recommended from a reliable friend who has used Jia Jia multiple times Met a second friend who highly recommended Jia Jia Very reasonably priced. I was very impressed. the Jia Jia office people were great and very helpful and answered all my questions. The movers were efficient and quick and very careful with all my things. Thank you! I'll be recommending Jia Jia to all my friends.

    I was very worried about this moves because I have heard about movers not showing up on time or not showing up at all. the date and time I set has to be followed otherwise my family will have no where to stay since we have to move out already and in order not to jeopardized the elevator appointment made on the new location. I called them a week before but they assured me that it is confirmed and they will call a day before the move which they did. My schedule is 9:00am and they came 9:10am which is very good. They survey the area and started right away. They moved very fast and didn't complain about having to go down 2 narrow stairs on my previous apartment. My estimate is it will take them no more than 6 hours to do the moves since everything is already packed and they just have to move it. They actually did it in under 5 hours. All charges were as expected and there were no hidden fees. Their rates are very reasonable specially for 3 m overs. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use their service again in the future.

    All contacts (quotation, booking, re-scheduling) with Jia Jia Moving were very professional and courteous. Rates were competitive and clearly communicated with confirmation the day before moving. Movers were prompt, friendly and efficient. I will be calling them for my next move!
