    Excellence all around

    A previous firm gave us a quote then refused to install. Then Joyce Heating came with good quotation, found an issue 4 other firms missed, and followed through with excellent installation. I would certainly recommend them - and use them again if needed.

    hot water tank install

    They charged what they quoted. They arrived on time. Service was quick and installers were professional and polite. No complaints about the product installed and they gave good advice on maintenance. I would use Joyce again.

    On time, very professional

    Air conditioning was installed perfectly. Mike and how team were very professional and answered all my questions

    Furnace

    My service provider retired and recommended Joyce Heating. I called and Diane arrange a service call that worked for our schedules. Dave arrived on time and prepared. He assessed the problem and completed the repair. Professional service, fair price. My experience with Joyce Heating was excellent and I will continue to schedule my servicing with them.

    Excellent, Reliable Service

    Had used Joyce Heating before, and very happy with them . This time our furnace had a problem and called them in the morning. Dave came within an hour, and quickly found out the problem: a broken fan belt. He replaced the belt most efficiently; and because the thermo-couple that they replaced 5 years ago was near its service-life, he replaced that too for us. He checked everything thoroughly to make sure things were working probably. After the job, he gave me the bill, a very reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised at the reasonable amount. In addition, without us asking, Dave also gave us a $20 discount, as promised in the sticker from a previous service. I should add that this was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dave practised social distancing when he came in, wearing a surgical mask. We really appreciated his sense of social responsibility. Will definitely contact them again for future services.

    High efficiency furnace

    The technician did a remarkable job in replacing our furnace with the quiet, HE furnace. He was helpful, informative, efficient, and very patient in explaining how it all works. Most of all, he was pointing out areas in our furnace room that requires attention (it is a 70-year old house). He helps us save money by working through all the forms for us so we can apply for a rebate from our gas supplier. A superb job. Well done!!!

    Furnace Repair Saved Thousands

    Our 18-year-old Carrier furnace stopped working. I went to the Better Business Bureau for recommendations on heating companies and was connected to several including Joyce. All of them stated that we needed to replace our furnace because of its age. Quotes were in the $5-7,000 range. One company told me the intake fan would cost me $1,000. Then, Mike from Joyce Heating shows up. Mike takes a careful look inside the furnace and says it's a good one with plenty of life left in it, just needs an intake fan. He quotes me on replacement of the intake fan, a $400 part. In a couple of days, Dave comes and replaces the fan and filter. Suddenly, our Carrier is running quietly and powerfully, heating the whole house. We came very close to spending many thousands. Thanks Mike!

    Great service

    Dave came out the same day I called when my furnace stopped working. I was given a quote for repair but chose to replace the aging furnace. They sent me detailed quotes, answered all my questions and gave me a link to Fortis for rebates. Dave called before arriving and he and Mike did an excellent job removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Diane in the office was very helpful and professional as were Dave and Mike. I would definitely recommend Joyce Heating.
