EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I've been planning on redoing my roof for a couple years and was frustrated by the huge range of pricing (from under 3k to almost 10k). After looking at the home stars review and having budget this year I decided to give Juff's a chance. I got 3 estimates .... Juff's was in the middle. But the customer experience was always above par. - quick response for the estimate - thorough and professional site visit and estimate - great preparation prior to starting work - excellent execution, clean up and customer service follow up They weren't the cheapest because the included everything that others didn't (everyone else was going to reuse flashing and vents), they knew what I needed for a whole roof solution (more vents alone wouldn't solve my issues ... had to improve circulation), they had the products needed (to improve circulation and improve the roofing solution) without major renovations or altering the aesthetics of my home. They weren't the cheapest in the short term ... but I believe they were in the long term because they did it right. Very professional crew and team. I was away on a conference while the work was done and had I not noticed the new roof I would have never known they were there. Well except for one minor thing ... when they cleaned up my deck in the back yard they left it cleaner than they found it ... So go ahead and shop around if you must ... I'm sure you'll make the same decision I made ... and be just as happy Juff's is the best. Thank you!

The work was handled cleanly, professionally and with pride. Some problems were revealed when the roof was removed. The chimney fell over LOL! I had to go over budget to fix it, but everything was handled very well so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Juff's for any roofing project.

After talking to several roofing firms I chose Juffs based in part on the recommendation of a friend. In addition to re-shingling I needed extensive roof deck repairs and attic ventilation improvements, so I wanted a top notch job and Juffs certainly delivered. Their crew is friendly, professional, highly experienced and well trained on the products they are installing. Most of the crew had worked for this company for ten years or more - highly unusual in this industry. They are also left the site cleaner than when they arrived. If you are looking for a top quality job where no shortcuts are taken then I highly recommend them.

I am extremely impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all individuals involved in my reroofing job. They were consistently friendly, sincere, courteous, and clearly extraordinary proud and dedicated to their task. I learned a great deal about roofing mechanics prior to the job and was even brought in to my attic to review past deficiencies that were appropriately corrected. The workers worked diligently and cleaned up very well afterward. I strongly recommend Juff's roofing without any reservation whatsoever.

Shay, prepared our estimate and walked us through all the requirements. My wife enjoyed all our dealings with Susan in the office. When my wife needed confirmation and reassurance that we needed to replace all the sheathing Bob came to show her the rotted wood and took the time to explain why. I was delighted with the company foreman, Bob and the crew foremen Shane and Chris. The crews were extremely impressive and respectful. At the end of the each day the work site was clean. Juffs roofing did an amazing job on my house. The entire team from reception to roofers were very polite, professional and made sure that all work was completed by the set deadline. I was amazed at how fast they were able to complete all of the work. The thing that probably impressed me the most was the level of customer service they provided. When working with a contractor it is so important to have good communication and Juffs roofing exceeded my expectations. Thanks again to the entire team. Juffs repaired the skylight leak until they could replace the shingles. They arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule to re-roof, install ridge vent, ice & snow edge vent. All of Juff's employees were extrememly polite, helpful, accommodating & good looking! One neighbour employed Juff's as a result.

November 13, 2009 Brilliant work by the team on our garage roof. We are really pleased with the finished product. Adam and the crew arrived bright and early and were done before 5. They were professional, courteous and very responsive to our queries as the job finished up. I’d highly recommend Juff’s Roofing and am pleased we found them on Homestars - this is a wonderful service - can't beat user reviews - the true test of service providers - this one specifically is well worth the call. I hired Juff's (Shay) after getting quotes from about 5 other well-reviewed companies here at HomeStars.com. While their prices are a bit above average, so is the quality of the work performed. Much attention to detail was paid (especially on the soffits part of the job) and all my questions were answered professionally. The only improvement area is returning phone calls. There was also an issue that the salesperson (Shay) thought the shingle job was done, while I was waiting for their phone call to tell me they would begin. No appology was given, but they did re-schedule it promptly.

From the initial quote I knew there was something a little different about this company. Manny took the time to talk about the work that was going to be done and answer any questions while he was measuring the roof. What made them a little different was that he asked to take a look into the attic. First time I ever heard of a roofing company wanting to do this. If you take the time to read the shingle warranty they do state that proper ventilation is required. Not only on the surface of the roof but the soffits as well. Seeing that you have soffits on the outside does not mean that the vent properly. The rafters can be stuffed with insulation which will not vent the attic properly. I had a few discussions verifying with Manny that I had the proper amount of ventilation with the ridge vent. When the time came for the installation of the roof, the guys were great. The property was protected and even the neighbour was impressed on how much care they took. Our cats though were a little scarred when they saw the blue tarp covering the windows, they must have thought the sky was falling. The guys even looked at the neighbour's roof where he had some water leaking into the basement (by the way if you read this it worked). Thank you to the crew for the great work they did and care.
