I had issues with a developer installed primary and backup pump assembly. I came home to the backup pump's alarm, and Leaside Plumbing was able to assess the situation within the hour, and send a plumber to remedy the issue the following day. This was my second time dealing with Leaside Plumbing, and again the service was prompt, accurate, and very courteous. Dylan, the assigned technician, did a great job of explaining what was wrong, and how he was going to remedy the situation. He kept the work area tidy, and cleaned up any debris and water - given that he was working with PVC piping and water.

Leaside plumbing is professional and courteous with great service whether the issue is drain, radiator or pool heater related. I highly recommend them. They quickly respond, diagnose and repair the problem for a fair price.

I hired them to rough in a shower in an older home. They charged $175 an hour plus parts which were extremely over priced, plus an additional amount for just showing up. The work was done and we didn’t have any leaks so I guess the quality of the work was fine. But I had explained the job in advance but the plumber did not have all the required parts and had to drive back to the shop and was gone for over an hour. And then charged me for it. I complained and he said that he felt like he was working during the time he was gone. I think people don’t know how much things should cost and that is how they get away with it but find someone else that doesn’t “hose” you just cause you live in North Toronto.

After being told that I needed a new boiler by one company I checked around with other plumbers to find out if this was valid- my sense was that boiler replacement was not needed. Leaside was able to schedule the soonest visit which was challenging over the Xmas holidays but they fit me in as soon as they could . Jonathan arrived -sized up the situation and diagnosed the problem efficiently with ease. One hour later all was working well and he suggested what really needed to be done to improve the situation. I would recommend the company for their competency and honesty . I would call Leaside anytime.

This is not the first time I’ve used leaside plumbing. You can always count on same day service and quality workmanship. The technician was knowledgeable and very pleasant. They are our go to plumbing agency.

Thy helped me repair the issue and suggested options and prices. I happened to have another issue that required some advice and I was given objective opinions on how to Deal with the issue. Thank you

Jonathan and his helper Matt came on time. Went right to work. Knew exactly what was required. Very courteous. Very efficient. Clean. They tested everything. They were gone within an hour.

Jonathan and helper arrived promptly.. Set up for the job, they were very professional, explained what they were doing and why.. Left the job site clean and tidy.. Sooo pleased with the job. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. thank you , thank you !

I called for an emergency assessment of basement plumbing problems. I got lucky, and someone was able to come right away. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He referred us to the right person to finish the job. I’m glad I know who to call now when I need a plumber.

Dylan and his apprentice showed up on time, were very professional, clean and tidy! Hopeful I will not require plumbers again, but wouldn't hesitate to call Leaside Plumbing. An above and beyond company.
