I'm tired of paying high prices for plumbers who don't even know the first thing about "customer service". Once I found Leaside Plumbing I REFUSE to call anyone else. I have had them over many times to my house and am totally comfortable that I am getting true professionals who actually want my return business and don't try to take advantage my lack of knowledge. They carefully explain everything they are doing and are very friendly with my whole family. I absolutely trust these guys and have even left a key for them when I was not able to take time off from my job to let them in. I will gladly pay for this kind of excellent service. Way to go Tom, you have put together a great team.

The work was done slowly and carefully with many trips back and forth to the truck. The problems were diagnosed quickly and they had all the parts needed. I was surprised at the charges for some relatively cheap parts coming in at about three times retail. The plumber arrived on time and there were no glitches. They told me I won a free drain inspection with an immersed camera. I'm thrilled but I prefer a colonoscopy.

Leaside has been there for me for over 10 years, first in our house after our do it yourself efforts failed. Most recently, I had a small problem and thought of them first. All fixed, good service, fair price.

I had a blocked sink, dishwasher and garborator all because of a drainage problem. Leaside pumbling came over the same day and had their men work till 8 pm on the problem until it was fixed. They were the only ones willing to come over on a friday night and came back Saturday to ensure the problem was fixed.

Not too long ago I had a burst pipe. I immediately called Tom at Leaside Plumbing and he sent one of his team to my house. I have to say I was very impressed with the quick response, not to mention the polite, and courteous manner of the young man sent. As a property manager I deal with a great deal of different trades. It's not difficult to determine the difference between good trade workers and excellent trade workers. On the occasions I have called Leaside Plumbing and Heating I have always been impressed at their professionalism and their hard work. They are neat, tidy and always clean up after themselves. They even take off their shoes. In my eyes that's the signs of an excellent trade worker. Needless to say, I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs, whether emergencies or not. I am very happy to have found such a professional company. Thanks Tom. You've got a great team.

I had two problems: a shower stall leaking into the floor and a blocked kitchen sink. For the sink I was told new pipes had to be put in (to the tune of $600). And I was given a quick quote of $5,000 to fix the leaking shower. I was told that the boss of the company would get in touch with me to give a more thorough and detailed estimate of the shower stall job. That was a week ago and I never heard from them again. Am I supposed to chase after them in order to get an estimate for a multi-thousand dollar job? No thanks. Good work, but pricey and poor marks in terms of responsiveness.

Leaside Plumbing is a family business and always responds when you call.If an emergency right away if not, within 24 hours. Tom is very friendly and solves all my plumbing problems and I appreciate some of the recommendations he gives me for other contractors.

Leaside Plumbing fixed plumbing problems in two different houses we owned. The service was consistently good, even though the work was done almost nine years apart. They were efficient, polite and knowledgeable.
