    Do not buy anything from Leon's web service

    I bought a 3 person couch, 1 coffee table and 1 end table from Leon's web service back in Oct. The delivery date showed as 1 month later. I waited. At the end of the term i was sent a email says the products were not ready and i have to wait another 2 weeks. i waited again. This time neither email or phone call has been made to me until i called their local store to check what has happened to my purchase. One of their delivery department person told me the product is still not ready and for the god sake they have no idea when the products will be ready becuz the products were never arrived in stock and they have no idea where and when the manufacturer will ship it over. I have cancelled my order today. Don't know when they can refund my payment and I'm pretty sure my Christmas will have a empty living room with no furniture. Thanks to Leon's, this is the worst Christmas in my life so far. I will update the review once i got my money back to see how long took them to refund my payment, it only took 1 day for them to withdraw the money from my credit card after i bought the stuff from the web site.

    APPLIANCE

    NOT RECOMONDAND AT ALL POOR SERVICE. The delivery damaged my house and also the appliance itself. And waitting for almost two months for the order. just never go there again

    Samsung Range, Range hood, and Dishwasher

    Horrible service. Delivery never comes on the prearranged date or time. Been waiting three weeks for my delivery and constantly receiving calls to reschedule the delivery from Leon's. Tried to contact delivery department and no one ever picks up at any time throughout the day. No one at Leon's seems to take accountability or have any form of responsibility. Would not recommend anyone to Leons!

    Web service / furniture order

    Ordering was quick, and even quicker the money was debited from my credit card. After the money was in Leon's pockets the problems started: 10 days later poor email informing that there will be short delay in the arrival of the stock, no telephone details left, 5 days later after several calls reaching the delivery department who cannot help, transferred to front office who needed 15min to tell me that furniture will arrive in store in 3-4 weeks. I hope the company's CEO is reading this: "Your service philosophy is so poor, you are taking my money to save on your credit expenses and let your front-line people take the blame for very bad business acumen of your executive team." I cancelled my order and will never set foot into any of your stores.

    Furniture

    Poor Poor company service........large purchase prearranged delivery to coincide with house closing, was told to be of no issue. Received call night before saying they will deliver in morning....prearranged late afternoon delivery, basically told too bad if you don't like it cancel your order! Called manager and was told they would deliver in afternoon as discussed...hmm skeptical, driver called 830 next morning saying he was on his way....and again to bad if you dont like it cancel your order. Recieved reluctantly delivery changed all legal plans to facilitate someone being at house and went to house....proceeded to wait as driver who called failed to say he was there to help and furniture was on another truck coming in about an hour...WTF! Hour later furniture arrived....it was carelessly put into house in a matter of minutes we are taking a bedroom set mattress box frame, a living room set a,nd a family room package, it was not assembled as it was supposed and was missing parts...told to contact manager to get replacement parts sense a lack of customer service coaching here ,no we are sorry we will fix this...it was my problem that the merchandise I bought and paid cash for was missing parts...again if we did not like we could cancel the order.... Really WTF happened to customer service...I will never shop at Leons again and will yell from the top of the tallest buildings to warn others of there lack of customer service BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

    leons delivery

    we bought a new fridge,stove and dishwasher because our fridge was broken the fridge was supose to be delevered today saturday and the otherers at a later date(not in stock)started prepping for it door removal ect... we need it and was called to say the delivery guy is sick and they have to reschedual ...reallly no back up plan for people rearanging there scheduals to recieve product customers time is valuable im sure lots of people were expecting a delivery i would like to also say the sales man we delt with was the best one we have ever had and i would give him a 5star but not with the end resault just so disappointed now

    Sofa

    We bought sofa with leather care warranty. Just after a year leather look material- vinyl which are on non seating area started pealing off. No one at Leon's honour the warranty even on leather care which we paid $230 on top of sofa sets. Worst customer service. Spent time on phone and at store but 0 customer service. we will never purchase from Leon again.

    Bedroom set

    My First all new bedroom set from Leons.. Turns Bad! came in all damaged, waited for replacement. than get a call, some parts of this set discontinued and other items was damaged during inspection again, it will be another 4-6 weeks. returned full order, but sold my old bed-set.. over a month ago, and waited for Leons for 4 weeks to give me this crap! And only get I am sorry from the store.. I am sorry I will never shop here again . STAY AWAY!!!

    Bedroom set, TV unit, leather couches

    I had a delivery issue and some follow-up issues with sometaff. The store manager Chris called me to discuss the situation, offered a solution, and has left me a satisfied customer. Overall excellent quality products and helpful staff. I will be returning thanks to Chris.

    SOFA

    Worst customer service. I took sectional Sofa and they did not deliver the sofa pillows. I called back and they said it’s out of stock and will call back once they are in stock. I got the call and when I went to store to collect the pillows, they handed over sleeping pillows. I told them that I was supposed to get the sofa pillows why I am getting sleeping pillow, the customer service person was trying to convenience me that this is the pillow comes with sofa. I asked him to give that in writing, he said let me check and came with new idea saying there are no sofa pillows with the sofa and leon is giving sleeping pillow free to me, and I should be happy with the free stuff. That the last straw! I said enough, I will expose you and take this issue at the different level, and this guy asked another sales lady to explain to me. This sales lady was trying to tell me that the sofa pillow does not come with the sofa and I can purchase it and she will help me by giving discount. I was total fuming by now. I said what kind of service is this. I will take this up to their upper management. Then the sales lady said, oh I remember now, that sofa came with pillows and I should get one. And then asked the customer service guy to give me the sofa pillows and also the sleeping pillow. The part I really hated is this customer service guy was trying to convenience me that I should be grateful to receive sleeping pillow instead of sofa pillows. And when he notices I am not going to accept his explanation will try to expose them, he tried to cover-up. I am sure my blood pressure must have shooted up the roof in all this 1 hours. Very poor and unethical behavior on Leon’s customer service.
