    Plumbing (Claude)

    The toilet in my house and the bathroom sink drain are also clogged. Claude fixed it this morning. He is the expert. Now we can use the toilet. Tnank you so much! He is a good plumber!! (from Geace)

    My old garburator died

    Ron was a great help and a pleasure to speak with. He showcased what had happened with my old garburator and why it was leaking. Sadly, it could not be saved so installed the new one that I purchased. Runs quietly and beautifully. If I ever need any sort of plumbing help going forward, Milani will be the first people I call.

    Under the sink leak

    I was very pleased with Milani. The plumber that came to my house was very friendly, professional and got the job done in no time. I would recommend Milani and if I have any other problems I would call them again.

    Boiler repair and service

    Very professional. Come in on time. Very friendly stuff. Sia explained everything to me and carefully checked the whole system. He cleaned the inside of our boiler and changed the ignition so that our boiler can work properly. He also took a look at the pumping system and gave us very good advise on how to care. Would recommend to everyone I know

    Good, solid, reputable business

    We had a Lennox high-efficiency furnace installed by Milani recently. We’ve used them in the past (they replaced our hot water tank a few months ago). I liked the choices we had in brand options. We chose the more expensive one. The installers were knowledgeable and worked hard. It’s a tricky installation because we’re in a townhouse complex so there are insurance and strata rules. Milani did an excellent job, and there’s even someone who is helping with the Fortis BC rebate paperwork. There was a mix-up with the crew the first day (the installer hadn’t received all the information he needed) and when they left, the gas to the hot water tank hadn’t been reconnected so we were without hot water until a tech came to fix it. But they did fix it, and phoned to see if everything was satisfactory, and they stand behind their work.

    Pipes fixed

    The guys replaced my shut off valves for my outdoor taps that were seized..Excellent work great communication.. protcol for covid..check all the staff are friendly..Yes I would definitely use them again.

    Worst Emergency Service

    Totally NOT happy about their emergency service. They have incompetent technician who make the leaking even worse! Yes the technician came 30 minutes after our call, no complaint about this; but the technician didn't know how to fix the leaking and made the pipe leaked more. The worst part was that he said he's too tired (yes it's late night, otherwise we won't call an emergency service) and left without we mutually agreed. We called in his office the next day and complaint to his manager. His manager said they are still going to charge us no matter what. As long as the technician arrived, even though he didn't fix anything!! This is totally a ripe off ... $800+ for having a technician went there and made the problem worse!

    Plugged Sink

    Our sink was really plugged when Rob came. After my husband tried to unplug it with no success, Rob got it done within the hour. He explained what he had done and what he thought was our problem. He was very friendly and I’m glad he took the time to explain to me!

    Stack leak

    I called about a leaky stack. It turned out the screws on my toilet were very loose. Tan the serviceman checked the toilet , tightened the screws and that has solved the problem. Although the stack in my house is about 80 years old I will put off replacing it for the time being. My quote to replace the stack is about $2,000 and should I have more issues and if the stack is leaking I will call Milano to replace. It would be 5 to 6 hours of labour to cut the cast iron pipes, break and replace the concrete floor and replace all the piping. The serviceman, Yan, was very professional, quick to solve the problem and I would recommend Milani plumbing. I should have checked the toilet and tightened the screws to the base myself first. I am a plumbers daughter and I should know better. Milani solved my problem.

    Repaired toliet

    Steven did the work efficiently and very friendly. He is a great value to Milani. On time and dressed very professional He knew his work ethic and how to respond to his customer. David
