Originally we had scheduled the plumber to come in at 8am-10am, but was apparently running behind and didn't arrive until 1:30pm almost 2pm. We had to call multiple times to figure out where the plumber was as this was delaying our bath remodel. Once arrived, the plumber was able to work right away and did all the necessary work. Only a few mistakes to point out that the plumber missed was that he had install the cartridge backwards (which we later figured out) and forgot to shorten a pipe which he had already soldered. Luckily we caught this or else it would've been problematic for the entire build, but he quickly fixed it. Otherwise they were friendly and handled the work professionally with great end results.

Installed a Mitsubishi ductless/heat pump air-conditioning system. Nick, Kristian, Chris, Robin and Sam were great. Installed professionally and the system works great. Super happy with my purchase. Would completely recommend Milani.

Courteous, informative, on time and very helpful. Gave clear options without an up sell. This is the second time using Milani and have nothing but positive experiences. Answered all questions. Much appreciated.

Their Technician arrived 45 minutes late, took a chunk of marble out of my wall removing a sink. All it required was an exacto blade to cut the seal. He used a pry bar like it was a demo and then told me it was impossible to remove the sink from the vanity and to just go and buy a new vanity to go with the new sink. He said the sink will “explode” in his hands. We had the sink removed within 15 minutes after he left. He told me it would take him at least 4 hours to do. He then tried to overcharge me and I corrected him. I had to show him exactly when dispatch called me to tell me he’d be late & when he’d arrived. He spent more time in his truck writing the invoice then on the job. So basically $300.00 for someone to show up late, smash a marble wall and say they can’t do anything. I have to pay now for the Tiler to come and fix the damage and another plumber to reconnect.

The installation of my heat pump went very efficiently and quickly. The installers arrived on time and were finished earlier than I thought they would be. My heat pump is as unobtrusive as it could be. I've tried it a couple of times and it is not very noisy inside and outside you can barely hear it. It is a Mitsubishi so smaller than some alternatives. Anyway, good service. Thank you.

We called Milani for a leaking toilet - broken seal. We were unhappy with the current toilet and asked for it to be replaced along with the repair. The customer service called us back within an hour, we arranged service the next day, they had a toilet in stock, James the plumber arrived when they said he would, he made the repair, cleaned up and was respectful of our home, He gave us some info that would help with future repairs and even took a look at another toilet in the house and made an adjustment to solve that problem as well. Overall responsive, timely and reliable service. The service had to be done on a Saturday - we did not want to delay the repair- so it was a bit more pricey but well worth the smooth problem-free service.

Milani did a great installation job! Love the new multi-split air conditioner/heat pump in our family room and master bedroom. The installation is smooth and technician did a professional job, wearing face mask and shoe cover while in the unit.

Had a clogged laundry drain. When I used the dishwasher or used the kitchen sink, the laundry sink would back up with kitchen water. I did request a quote from three companies and this one responded the fastest and didn’t give me cryptic responses on how much I was expected to pay for the service. Although the Technician didn’t get to the house in the requested time, the communication process with office via text was efficient. Technician was good and fast. I didn’t watch him do the work since I was working, but laundry is now unclogged.

Ali was quick in identifying and showing us the issue. The condenser from our furnace was leaking due to being corroded. Apparently the new, high efficiency furnaces drain acidic water., which was the cause. He fixed it quickly, was polite and professional.

Highly recommend Milani to my friends and relatives. My basement had toilet clogging issue overnight. I like its 24-hour call service so that I can book for next day appointment right away. There is always a CS lady to pick up my phone call. The plumber, Yan Tremlay, is very professional and helpful. He has 30 year experience in this plumbing job. Love him❤️
