    Plumbing

    Probably one of the worst service I ever had. Please get your manager to call me. Me and my husband are extremely unhappy. Not to mention that I’ve heard several bad reviews and now I know why.

    Removal and installation of toilet, and 2 new shower heads

    Walter was punctual, pleasant, and professional. The cost was exactly as quoted. He explained everything in layman’s terms and he cleaned up everything before leaving. I would definitely recommend Milano to anyone who needed plumbing seevices

    Boiler servicing and pump replacement

    Boiler and heating system had not been serviced in a while and Omid did a great job, explaining everything as he worked. Also replaced our boiler pump which had become quite noisy in the past few months and showed me the rust damage (due to old Poly B pipes). He was professional, efficient and very helpful. I’ve used Milani before and have never been disappointed by their service.

    Drainage

    Miriza from Milani did a great job. He was on time and very efficient. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will definitely ask for him again. Thank you!

    Plugged toilet

    Devon was polite, professional, patient and a great listener. Fixed the plugged up toilet and found a leak as well whcih he then made a snappy repair. Thank you milani and devon for excellent service!

    Mirza and Miguel Showed up on time and on schedule, they performed a wonderful job also kept me up to date. Thanks to these guys for doing an amazing job will highly recommend

    Major Rip Off Company. DO NOT USE

    My furnance broke down so I called Milani. They send some technician who couldnt tell me whats wrong with it but said they were old and needed to replace my furnances etc. Then they sent some sales guy who gave me a quote on brand new furnances for $23 000 Dollars. Charged me $200 glbucks and left. Then I called a local Furnance Repair company for a second opinion and he came by within 20 minutes fixed my furnances for $200 Dollars. This is not honest and a good way to deal with customers. Very dishonest. I am going to complain to get my money back. Imagine the people who dont do their due diligence... Do

    Heating problem

    The whole experience was outstanding ! It's was a like a breath of the fresh air while I was still dealing with another local company that is horrible. Sia was great ! He is very knowledgeable, he went extra miles to address all the issues and make sure everything is perfect before he left. He is considered, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time. Thanks very much Sia that you made my home warm and cozy again !!!

    Kitchen faucet

    Devon came by and helped me replace my faucet and as well found another leak! Devon repaired the leak efficiently, professionally and thoroughly. Will request for service from Devon if ever needed to call milani again.

    Pea trap and basket strainer leaking

    Myrza came back after clearing a grease clog in which the previous assembly was cheap and broke after he left. Came back on a Sunday and put in a proper brass fitting and also fixed the leak around the basket strainer, ALL FOR FREE
