    Sewer clean out

    Mirza O from Milani Plumbing Draining and Heating was awesome. He was efficient, informative, and very professional. What a relief to get the problem solved with such excellent service from this technician.

    hot water tank replacement

    Mike is a star! Arrived promptly, got right down to work, did the installation neatly and efficiently; very friendly and helpful. Cleaned up after himself, the place was spic and span. Gave good advice about some other problems he noticed. Would definitely recommend!

    Plumbing auger

    Very quick service on the Sunday of a May long weekend to help out at my elderly mother’s home. Both dispatch and the tradesman Mirza provided quick service to mom’s Vancouver home and were professional, courteous, & friendly. We’ve called Milani on more than a few occasions from plumbing to furnace needs & have always been happy with them.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    All 10 stars are for Mike P - he deserves them! My dealings with the office staff were a bit frustrating, but was pleased once Mike arrived on site, quoted the replacement for a pretty tricky job, and executed the replacement promptly the following week. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have around. Mike P did an amazing job, and I would not hesitate to book his services again.

    replace water tank

    We were out cleaning the garden and noticed the spill pipe dripping. Found the steel pan under the tank had water standing. Called Milani Plumbing who had installed the tank and they responded very quickly and had a tech out the next afternoon. The tech, Mike P. was very personable and efficient. Gave me some tips on various water safety, pipes etc. Cleaned up after himself. A good representative for the company and hope they are aware of it. Tank was replaced in a couple hours and we have our hot water supply up and running. Will definitely use them again Thank you

    Replaced Hot Water Tank

    Prompt and efficient service. Mike was friendly and at ease in answering all my questions about my new water tank. Left my kitchen space tidy and clean. Impressed with having this problem dealt with, minimal stress!

    Hot Water Tank Installation

    Mike P. (truck 62) showed up promptly at the estimated start time. I was glad to see him because I knew he had many years of experience after he had solved a plumbing problem at my previous address a few years ago. Mike quickly went to work installing the hot water tank and pointed out several areas of concern with how the previous hot water tank was installed. His professional experience and knowledge was quite apparent to me and there was much interesting and friendly conversation. If I could choose a plumber the next time I need one, it would be Mike P. Milani Plumbing's reputation is well deserved.

    All sinks draining well again!

    Slow running bathroom sink, fixed in moments and then our technician Wes also checked and power augered two other drains so that they aren’t kept running well! Nice guy! Efficient!

    Gas Hot Water Tank Installation

    Called Milani since my hot water tank was dying and received courteous, fast, great service. Installation was under 2 hours. New tank! Happy homeowner! I recommend Milani to everyone! :)

    Hot water tank replacement

    I had a new water tank put in Monday after calling on Sunday. None of the other guys I called have even return my call. Prompt service. Paul P truck 62 did a great install for me. Thanks Paul.
