    Milani Plumbing

    I realized on a Saturday afternoon that our hot water tank was leaking. I contacted several companies to find someone to come the next day, Sunday, as I couldn't imagine not having hot water for several days. I was shocked by the exorbitant overtime prices I was quoted to have someone come to install a hot water tank on Sunday. I contacted Milani Plumbing in Burnaby and was quoted a time-based, worst case scenario price. I asked Milani to send a plumber the next morning. Mike P. (truck #62) was assigned to install our new tank. Mike was very efficient and a really nice guy. He installed our new tank and was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours. He cleaned up after himself and I was very pleased that we paid less than our worst case scenario price we were quoted the day before. I would have no hesitation recommending Milani Plumbing.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Mike P. was assigned to install the new hot water tank. Another rep had called the afternoon before and informed us that it would cost too much to fix the old tank so he had ordered a new one upon our instructions. Mike was in and out within 1 1/2 hours and left the area in pristine condition. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

    Clogged Kitchen sink

    I was pleased with the expertise shown by Freddy our repairman. He was able to determine the problem was the result of a clogged and unrepairable garburetor. He replaced the garburetor with a new drain and without being asked also repaired the faucet which had a loose connection with the granite countertop. All work completed and mess removed within an hour of arrival.

    Toilet installation

    Easy to deal with, no run-around stories, fair price. Plumber assessed the situation, made a recommendation, didn't charge for that portion, and then returned to complete the job when the parts arrived. I am very satisfied.

    repair bibs on washer connection

    Mike arrived before scheduled time, a very friendly and professional plumber, he did the job very fast and cleaned up and dried everything before he left, the place was spotless when he was finished. my husband and I wouldn't hesitate to call Mike from Milani Plumbing in the future if needed. Very good job Mike.

    Replace hot water tank

    Mike P in truck #62 arrived on time and was well prepared for the job. He worked diligently until the new tank was installed. The new tank was higher than the old, so he actually had to lift it at an angle to install it in the tight space. Left the room very neat and tidy. Good job all around - and on a Sunday!

    Boiler

    Our old hot water boiler was not working. We called Milani Plumbing and Heating (Mike P) arrived 20 minutes after I called their office. He replaced the old Thermopile and the main boiler switch plus cleaned up the system. Fast and efficient!

    Mike arrived on time quickly set up and assessed the problem. Mike is very personable and professional, he got right to the job and finished the repairs in a timely manner. As an added bonus he gave us some advise on how to keep the drains in good working order. We wouldn't hesitate to have Mike back and or recommend him to our friends.

    BEST PLUMBERS IN THE WORLD

    I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THESE LADS SHOWED UP AT MY HOME! THE TECHNICIAN WHO HELPED OUT WAS SUCH A GREAT HELP AND TOOK CARE OF MY HOT WATER TANK ISSUE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. AFTER THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND EVEN OFFERED TO TAKE AWAY SOME GARBAGE FROM MY HOUSE FREE OF CHARGE!!!! CANT BELIEVE HOW PROFESSIONAL THESE GUYS ARE. LIFE TIME CUST HERE A+

    Excellent Service

    The best service ever. Repaired my bathroom water leak. left the work area clean and presentable. The service went beyond what I was expecting. Repairman was very polite and presentable
