Milani was very quick to respond to my request and they sent a great person in John to inspect my Boiler. John was very knowledgeable and informative as he explained everything to me as he was proceeding with the inspection and repairs that were required on this visit. I will recommend Milani to my friends and family. Thanks for the good service.

Many thanks to Milani for installing my gas furnace. It works beautifully and is very efficient. The guys had the old one ripped out and the new one up and running in a few hours. They were friendly gents, cooperative and true professionals. I would recommend anyone needing help with new furnaces indeed. Thanks you guys!

Our technician Ali did excellent work, although he did not have the list of individual jobs that I updated Milani dispatch with prior to him coming. Also, one job that I asked be done was suggested as a do-it-yourself project. When he was finished, everything was tidy and looked very professional. He gave us tips on what work we could do ourselves but encouraged us to call him if we needed help. We will definitely come to Milani for more work.

Ali just completed a full overhaul & repair of our heating system and repaired our Kohler toilet. He is an asset to your organization and we will definitely be a return customer. Ali explained step by step what he was doing, he was always on time and cleaned up after he was done. Someone asked us who we hired for the work and when we said Milani, they replied, but they're very expensive, the expense was worth it. We have peace of mind that the job was done correctly. We will be phoning next year for a service check. Thank you.

We got excellent service from Milani. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and made some recommendations. We have been using Milani for years and will continue.

We have used Milani many times in the past. Thy are prompt and have a large staff that can deal with all kinds of heating plumbing and drainage issues. They were very efficient about replacing our furnace and hot water tank and Dave Worden their supervisor followed up carefully on a few minor issues after the installation was finished. They area not cheap but the do good work and I will call them again. (I am not sure that their MVP plan is worth the $125 annual cost though.

There was no heating at all in the house and Milani was able to come out right away when I called them and got my heating system working within an hour. Great and fast services. I am going to recommend Milani to friends and family in the future.
