    Hot water tank replacement

    Milani came and removed and replaced my hot water tank. The tank was not leaking but was showing signs of rust and could go at any moment. They were very professional and courteous. They are not the cheapest out there, but I do trust them to do quality work for me

    Replace water pipe from city connection

    We were delighted that they were able to complete the job in 1 day! The fellow who came to dig and backfill the trench for the new water pipe was super efficient as he worked by himself. He even saved our grass and tree which happened to be in the way. The other worker who installed the pipe and shut-off valve was also friendly and personable and gave us some good suggestions. We would definitely hire them again!

    Drain parts (basket)

    When we are looking for parts we always go to Milani's Plumbing. More often then not they have the parts we require. They are fast and knowledgeable. If the person you're talking to doesn't know - they find someone who does. We looked everywhere for a replacement insert for the kitchen sink (the basket type) - it's an old type - which we had a horrible time finding because the bottom apparently is different than the newer ones now on the market. I thought the price was a bit much but after looking for ages I was thrilled that Milani's had the part (at any cost).

    repaired water seepage in front lawn

    we had water seeping out of the front lawn; technician dropped by for estimate within a couple hrs; milani knew exactly what the problem was; dug up 2 sections of the line; all work was done timely; cleaned up their mess; milani has good warranty policy

    Flush Drain Tile and Sump, install clean outs

    Way over-priced. No free estimates. Charges for every service call. Little jobs easily turn into bigger jobs somehow. Seemed to take a long time to get the job completed. Had to keep following up to see when they would come back to finish the job. Big name brand company with trucks everywhere, but service did not live up to my expectations. At least the workmanship seems to be satisfactory.

    Blocked drainage

    We We had a blocked common drain. They sent the wrong person for the first try. Still charged us for the assessment fee. We already knew what the problem was already. The next guy took us for a ride, charged for 4 hours of work when only likely 1 hour of work was done. Rest of the time, the guy sat around waiting for parts. Very frustrating, would never go with them again!!!!!!

    Fixed Toilet, Totally Saved us!

    Milani Plumbing totally saved the day for my wife and I! Our upstairs toilet was clogged and overflowing, and some of the water started leaking into the floor and coming through the ceiling downstairs, causing a massive, water-filled bubble in the paint. We called Milani in a panic, and they were here in 10 minutes. Robert our plumber was really nice and definitely knew his stuff. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a clog in the pipe 15 feet down the line). And they really went above and beyond to provide good service. Robert even climbed up on a ladder and drained the giant paint bubble in our downstairs ceiling! Also, because of the overflow, the bathroom was a total mess by the time they arrived, and they very helpfully cleaned it up before they left, even though the mess wasn't their doing. We thought Milani’s charges were totally reasonable -- $110 to snake the toilet, and another $30 to remove and replace the toilet, which they had to do to get to the clog so far down. We will definitely call Milani the next time we have plumbing problems.

    Re-Piped Old Section Of House

    Milani actually did a really good thorough job. The previous company we had in only did a temporary fix whereas Milani really got to the root of the problem and remedied it. All their work was done in a timely fashion, craftsmanship quality was extremely high, customer service was great and all was done at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend these guys.

    Draintiles

    Milani did a fantastic job for us and job was completed on time and on budget!I would definitrly recommend then to anyone with a big job like that!Milani has been around for 50 plus years and is family owned and operated.

    Drain repair

    They cleared out our drains - everything was draining into our downstairs shower and was flooding so they made an immediate repair. They also spent the time to tell us what we could do in the long term so we wouldn't have this problem anymore. We need to clear it once a year until we can replace it fully.
