Great work, friendly and helpful installers. Job was completed in one day and so far works well.

James and his co-workers upgraded my furnace and A/C. During this install they found a serious safety issue with my water heater. These guys are top tier professionals that do great work!

Installers Kris and BJ were very professional and courteous. They explained anything I needed to know. Left the job sight very neat. Only complaint is with management. Installers could not finish the job on first day, said they would be back next day. I phoned and left message next to see what was happening since no one arrived. Nobody from the office had the courtesy to return my call. Waited a week.

They went above and beyond from the moment we contacted them for a quote untill after installation. Very pleased with the service and install would defitinly recommend them!

I noticed my house getting colder and colder a few days ago. I called Natural Choice Heating & Cooling and James walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone. When that didn't work and my house got even colder, James came over the next day to check things out. He was very patient and explained all the steps he was doing to show me what was and was not supposed to be happening with the furnace. James determined that the heat exchanger was the problem and recommended that I get a new furnace. James took time to explain several different options to me and gave his honest opinion about each one, which was really helpful. James also noticed some other dangerous things in my basement, such as a leaning water tank, and was able to offer a replacement water tank at a monthly rental fee that was actually less that I was currently paying - and much safer. James did a tour of my house and identified areas in the ceiling where there was poor installation causing even more issues, such as why my water pipes were freezing when the weather was cold. James was at my house yesterday at 4:00 pm to diagnose the furnace problem, and he had his team here at 10:30 am this morning with a new furnace and water tank! The Natural Choice crew was great - they explained what they were doing, they were careful and they cleaned up everything went they left. The team took time to show me how to use the new thermostat and helped me do the intial setup and prgramming. I am thrilled with the trustworthy and efficient service that James and his team provided. I would recommend Natural Choice Heating & Cooling to anyone and everyone for all their HVAC needs.

I was tired of running out of hot water and having high hydro bills. The installers explained what they were doing and showed me where the new piping would be. During the work they took the time to ensure the work was done right and did not rush.
