    Monnessen fireplace

    Purchased a Monnessen fireplace from James and installed it myself during our main floor renovation. Really nice fireplace but had an operation issue with it. Turns out the manufacturer had updated a part that resolved the issue but mine was not updated. James picked up the new part and scheduled one of his techs to replace the component. Great service!

    Andrew as you know equipment can have hiccups, however we do spend a lot of time researching the equipment we provide to our clients to avoid it 99% of the time. However if there ever is a time, as you know we do answer the call of a client and are more than happy to get it looked after right away. What a stunning fireplace !

    Furnace stop working ( -24 outside)

    Our furnace stop working on Saturday morning. We stuck home with two kids in a cold home. James got our e-mail at 11.20 and at 1 pm furnace was fixed. We really appreciate that kind of customer service, I wish all Canadian companies be like that. Thank you

    Ecobee3 smart thermostat

    Called James after finding out he had experience with the Ecobee line of thermostats. I was interested in purchasing the Ecobee3 to replace my older programmable thermostat. I could have bought one at Home Depot, but I would rather support local business. When I went by his shop to pick it up, he gave me the full rundown on how it works, programming it from the screen or phone, and showed my some of the functions as he has one running his shop, which was helpful as I would not have received any of the information had I gone to HD. Thanks James, looking forward to a better smart solution than my old thermostat.

Really it is amazing all the technology this little guy packs! The fact it is communicating with the weather network and learns the R value of your home so it can proactively bring your heating or cooling system on in advance saving tons of energy, reducing the carbon foot print and the big bonus making your home SO much more comfortable !

    We had a high end gas fireplace installed in a massive kitchen renovation

    I found this company on Facebook and direct messaged James. He got back to my promptly and we were on our way. Fantastic and above and beyond service. Can't be beat by anyone!

    Furnace replacement

    I recently hired Natural Choice to replace a furnace in a family member's house. From the start to the completion of the job, James and his crew have demonstrated great customer service and attention to detail. Even more importantly, the job was very well done. I would certainly recommend Natural Choice to anyone.

    Pool Heater hook ups

    James and his company have started to install all my gas needs for pool heaters and bbqs / fire pits. His knowledge along with his friendly competent installers make working with them very easy and stress free. I would recommend National Choice Heating & Coooling to anyone that is looking for heating , cooling or any gas or hvac needs , they simply know what they are doing and do it well Elliot

    Tankless Hot Water System & Gas Pipe Installation

    If you are looking for a company to help you with your furnace, hot water tank /tankless, running gas pipe or central air conditioning, look no further! Natural Choice is a family-owned business in the Durham Region and after using them I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Their staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and mindful of cleanliness while in your home. I have experienced my share of contractors who "couldn't care less" over the years so it was a refreshing change to see much respect these young men have. I had problems with my hot water tank and Natural Choice helped me plan out a replacement using a Rinai tankless system. I have been extremely satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend one to another reader. The labour charges were priced fairly as several other businesses were asking more. The job was completed in a timely fashion and there was no mess for me to clean up! I have since had Natural Choice back to perform other tasks such as furnace cleanings, installation of gas pipe for a new dryer (old one was electric), gas pipe for my BBQ and health checks for my aging central air unit. Whether you are dealing with the company's owner, James, or one of his experienced staff, I am certain you will also recommend Natural Choice to a friend or family member. I have!

    Low rise housing in durham

    I work for a new home builder in Durham. I hired Natural Choice to complete 30 new houses in Whitby. Some of the cleanest installs I have seen to date. I feel much more educated as James is very well spoken and informative. I now shake my head when I look at our older houses we built.

    Tankless Water Heater

    We had a 25 year old electric water heater removed and replaced with a tankless model by Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. The crew, led by Eric and Stephen were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. They took the time to answer any questions we had about the new system and even went so far as to perform extra work to ensure work done previously by others was up to current building code standards and safe for us. Highly recommend.

    Hot water tank and furnace

    By far the best service I have gotten from a heating and air conditioning company. I few company's that I have used in the past will give a price and some how the price moves up by the end of install not these guys. They were on time and everything the said they were going to do the did. Good job guys keep up the good work
