Santino from New Wave plumbing was an absolute professional. From the outset he provided an honest and accurate quote that left me feeling good about the work he was going to do. He was always polite and professional and was always just a phone call away for any related questions. Santino finished the job exactly as I had expected it would be done. Steve and Santino did a great job upgrading all my old cast iron drains and galvonized water lines. The quality of the work was fantastic and at a good price.

I was extremely impresed with their high level of service, their quick response to my call and the time they took to explain exactly what the problem was. Their customer service was excellent and I felt confident in the work. I have not had any problems with my plumbing since they fixed it! Job well done guys! I decided to turn my empty basement into a 2 bedroom basement apt, with a full kitchen (w/dishwasher) and 4 piece bathroom (including bedet), and New Wave did an A1 job on the plumbing stage of my project. There was quite a bit of work to be done because of layout, however they gave me a great quote and good time-line for completion which sealed the deal. After the finishing-stage, one thing that was very evident was that this company takes a lot of pride in what they do and it definately showed in the workmanship. Because I live in a newer home, I've dealt with other trades-people for upgrades and additions to my place and these guys were the best bar-none. Now if I could only get them to build my deck...

I find it hard to believe all of these previous reviews when I am very unhappy with the service that I recieved. I will keep this to the point, as I feel that I was overcharged for my service. After my job was completed and I had researched the price of parts, and had spoken to other plumbing companies. I have definately learned that you must call around and speak to at least 3 other contractors before choosing one.
