Steve really helped me out of a bind. After taking out the toilet and sink in the bathroom so the painter could have easier access to the wall, I tried to reinstall the toilet myself and ended up over tightening and snapping the water valve right off. In order to fix it we had to turn the water to the house off. When I called Steve and told him the problem he said he could come and fix it right away and he did. While he was there I made him check that I'd reattached the sink properly, and while I had, I'd broken the drain seal, so he had to weld that back together. Steve was professional and did a great job. I really appreciated his prompt service. Thanks for the great job Steve!

Steve & Santino did all the plumbing involved in our 3 bathroom major renovation. We ran into unwanted surprises (pipes where they shouldn't be) but they found a way around it. They also fixed problems with plumbing in our Kitchen from past renovation. They were pleasant, efficient and got the job done. I would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again when needed. We wish you both continued success.

Santino came as promised, did the work discussed and did even more as I kept giving more jobs. He is efficient, fast, accomodating, and does great work. I will call him all the time. Thanks New Wave! Don't hesitate to call if you need work done. These guys are great.

Contacted these guys via a friend who used them. I was told they were good, not too expensive and easy to deal with. Talked about what I wanted done at a cottage. The job was done as discussed and it was great. These guys ran the whole show and did a great job. I even had water pressure in the shower! Who knew? They were so good, my mother-in-law asked me to get them to come and fix her laundry problems, the cracked toilet, the tub ... and so on. Needless to say when she was happy with the work, I made big points in the family. Thanks guys for a great job and making my mother in law a happy person too. You guys came through ... Jeus couldn't have done any better.

We were dreading a call to a plumber the week before Christmas, but our toilet needed fixing and guests were coming. So we had to do something. We'd had no luck with plumbers in the past (too expensive, no shows, etc), so we started searching the web hoping for more than a cold call to someone else. We stumbled upon Homestars and thought we'd give New Wave a try based on their reviews. We were very impressed with Steve (I gather there are two New Wave partners Steve is one of them). He answered my call first time, told me when he'd get back to me with a date (the next day), called to say when he was on his way, and did the work well and quickly. We called because of a running toilet (fixed immediately) and then brought him upstairs for his thoughts on a clogged shower drain. He agreed to come back the next morning (first thing) to snake it. He arrived as promised and everything was done in 1/2 hour. It was less money than the bigger plumbing companies we've used (not cheap, but fair, and good work costs something), and Steve explained how he prices things very matter-of-factly. The company is only a year old, but Steve has 10 years in the business working for a larger outfit. A good combination of youth and experience. We'd call them again without hesitation. These guys keep the lines of communication open and do good work. Can't ask for much more than that.

They came on short notice to move the shutoff and then came back after the counter was installed to connect the drain and install a new faucet. They came on time, left the room clean, and did an excellent job at a fair price. We will be recommending them to others and will call them again if we need work done.

I have used New Wave for both renovation projects and for repairs. I am extremely pleased with their service and knowledge. I will continue to use New Wave and highly recommend them!!

I did my homework in price and value comparisons with several companies and almost went with another company. At first, the extremely reasonable estimate I received from New Wave caused me to be sceptical as to the quality of work. I was sold when I found this web site and saw New Waves' three 5 Star ratings along with the good impression I felt from our first meeting. Steve and Santino are honest, reliable men who do excellent work with quality parts. They replaced galvanized with copper pipe which entered a dirt crawlspace. It was not their favourite part of the job, but did it with a good attitude and a smile on their face. They installed a new kitchen faucet with the precision of a surgeon in preserving my old but nonetheless loved 1950's arborite countertop. I also got an outside water access installed, leaky valves replaced, shut-offs installed. Day two involved digging up the basement floor at the old cast iron stack and replacing a 4' section of it with plastic stack, installing a new floor drain and a trap (phew...that sewer gas smell is finally gone, which I had thought was just old house musty basement smell!) They moved my water line to a more out of the way location and finally cemented it all. I have found my plumbers for life!

Called New Wave Plumbing to repair leaking faucets. I thought I would have had to spend quite alot of money, but Santino was able to just change the tiny little peices in the faucet and save me lots of money. I am very grateful for his honesty and knowledge. Will definately use them again.
