Extraordinary work all around. From the quoting process to the office dialogue to the actual work I canot imagine a better experience or end result. It was tough finding a reputable company to replace my 30 year old eavestroughs - until I came upon North Shore Eavestroughing. Darren, the owner of the company, and his team are professional, personable, reasonably priced, and really understand eavestroughs. Darren's assessment of our drainage requirements was bang on. He proposed a gutter and downspout setup that met our requirements. Angela, Darren's wife, emailed the quote to me and was also very professional in handling some changes required to my quote. Darren called to arrange an installation date and the 2 installers arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day, and happily answered any questions I had regarding the installation and also attended to some last minute changes. They cleaned up the site as promised and the quality of their workmanship is evident. I would recommend them to anyone requiring new eavestroughs. In fact a few neighbours impressed with the work done on my home have obtained estimates to get their eavestroughs done!

Darren, the owner of the company, came out and provided the quote. He is very professional and I immediately had a sense that his company is reputable and that the work would be well done. Angela, Darren's wife, emailed the quote to me and she was also very professional in handling a few changes required to the quote. As promised, they called in advance to confirm their attendance. Two installers attended on time and they worked diligently throughout the day. They also cleaned up the site as promised. The quality of their workmanship and the care with which they did the job is evident. I would use them again and i do recommend them.

A truly professional job. The estimate was very detailed and identified all the warranties and specified the quality of the materials to be used. They arrived on the date specified and completed the job within a few days. Darren went out of his way to get some light bulbs for our existing outside lights to match the newly installed ones. Communication throughout was clear and very polite. There were a few loose ends which we called about and they were dealt with in a timely manner. I saw them working on a job in the community and was impressed with their workmanship and am glad that I went on my gut feeling. I would highly recommend them. We are truly delighted with the job!!

Darren and his crew installed new fascia, flashing, eavestrough and downspouts on my home. He explained every step of the work to us prior to the installation - there were no surprises. In fact, they did a few extras for us without being asked. All the "10s" they received from satisifed customers is not by accident. North Shore is reliable, take pride in the quality of work they do for a reasonable price. From Angela in the office, they are honest, friendly and provide excellent customer service. If you need this type of work done to your home, don't think twice. We would recommend their services to anybody.

Daren came to give us an estimate and inspected our roof first so that there would be no surprises. He was the first person from any of the companies that we sought out to do that which impressed me considerably. They did the work efficiently and so far we have had no complaints (and it has really rained since). I was not sure of a couple of issues that we might have had after the evestroughs were installed and Daren came back to check. There were no issues. I recommend North Shore highly. Normally I don't like seeing all 10s at homestars but this company deserves it.

What can I say. Darren and his team is professional, personable, and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? They had a wide selection of colours for their eavestroughs as well as different leaf guard systems. Picked a charcoal grey against my light grey brick house. Gorgeous. I am extremely pleased with my new gutters and the overall job. I had three companies come out to give estimates, North Shore was not the lowest, but Darren was the most professional and I felt really took an interest in what would be best for my situation. On the day of the work, the workers were on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. When I arrived home, later that day, the job was done, neatly and cleanly. After the job, I appreciated Darren's follow-up and follow-through with questions. Angela was also great to work with and quite responsive to my emails and queries. I would highly recommend this company. The work and business professionalism is top quality.
