My husband did a lot of research when we realized that we needed a new furnace. After countless weeks of getting qoutes and references, we decided to go with Northwood. We are very happy and pleased with our choice. Gary and Brian completed the instaltion with profection and with no disruption to our family. They explained what they did and what we need to do to maintain our furnace. We are so pleased with their work that we have recommended them to many of our friends and neighbours.

I found Northwood Furnace & Air Conditioning Co. on Holmes on Homes website in the Recommended Contractors section. I don’t think I could have found a better company than Northwood Furnace & Air Conditioning Co. Gary and Brian where professionals from start to finish. You could tell that they knew what they were doing. If I had a question, whether it was a lame question or not, they took their time to explain it, so even I could understand. They installed a new furnace, air conditioner, a flow through humidifier and duct cleaning. When they were done with the duct cleaning, they used a scope camera to show you the before and after pictures. They gave fair prices, they removed the old appliances, cleaned up after themselves and they stayed as late as they had too, just to make sure the job was done to their standard of professionalism. Gary and Brian are the greatest guys you would want to know. It’s no wonder that their on Holmes on Homes and did a report on how to care for your furnace and air conditioning on a segment on CBC news.

Gary and Brian are phenomenal workers! They take pride it their work. They are very knowledgeable,neat, clean and organized workers. Their prices are competitive with other companies. We used Northwood Heating and Air Conditioning in our previous home, now in our new home, and wouldn't have any hestitation to use them again! We will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of heating or air conditioning. We were very pleased with the installation of our air conditioner, electronic air cleaner, and humidifier. Great job!!!

Northwood connected our gas line, and installed our furnace and air conditioning. The Northwood staff could not be better they are obviously experts at what they do. They take the time to make sure you know exactly what they are doing and why. There work is perfect every pipe every duct. We had many quotes and spoke to many contractors no one could match Northwood for quality of work. Exceptional Install,Quility Workmanship Northwood heating & Airconditioning installed a York Affinity high efficency furnace & York 2 ton Affinity A/C .That is 1 family busness that i would recomend to anyone needing HVAC work .We contacted Northwood from the Holmes on Homes web site. Mike made an excellent choice for using Northwood heating & Air conditioning as his HVAC contractor .We've never seen such detail work especially the sealing of the duct work and the clipping of the electrical wiring .I have yet to find another contractor that pays attention to the overall fit and finish of an installation like they do.I showed my neighbors and they to were impressed with the workmanship. The cost of the job was important but so was receving value for our dollar and I belive Northwood provided outstanding value for the price we paid .Its refreshing to deal with a company that is truly dedicated to the comfort and satisfaction of their customers Thank you Northwood Heating& A/C
