My garage door would only partially open and I had to manually yank it open so I had to get it repaired. Thanks to all the reviews on Open Sesame I decided to call the company. I got Steve on the phone and he was very friendly right off the bat. He asked me a few questions about the problem and in a few minutes was able to find a solution. He then walked me through the steps to fix the issue at not cost. Now that's what I call fantastic customer service. If I need my garage door serviced or replaced in the future I will definitely call Open Sesame.

Couldn't be happier from the service and repair provided!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! The owner, Steve is so polite and gave me the exact diagnosis and quoted me the price right over the phone. He was very patient with all my questions and answered everything to a T. He came over the very next morning to do the repair. and when he greeted my husband, my husband was so impressed by his work and how honest he was. Called due to Homestars reviews. I thought the unit was shot after 15 years and would be an expensive repair. Steve had me describe the problem, diagnosed the repair, quoted and had it fixed by 11 AM next day. Excellent service & great to deal with!

The Open Sesame guy was fantastic. During an expensive christmas season he saved me money by NOT coming but instead offering free advice over the phone for a rather simple problem - too difficult for me but he helped out and fixed it. Wow, what service! Anytime I ever have anyone with a garage issue I'll remember the name and company and recommend them.

Open Sesame was very quick to answer my call. They came and fixed my garage door at the on phone quoted cost. But also replace the side cables for me at no extra cost as they looked pretty worn out. I was very happy with their service and expertise and would gladly use them again. Thank you.

I called Open Sesame and he asked what the issue was and took me step by step to fix the issue without having to pay a service call. Problem was fixed and free of charge. My first call to Open Sesame was answered right away by the owner. I explained by problem and he provided an accurate diagnosis and quote over the phone. I was surprised to hear he was available to do the work the next day, a Saturday, at no extra charge. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and then completed the job in a couple of hours. During the job I noticed they were actively testing and tuning things. Steve even called the door manufacturer directly to confirm what size spring to use. It turned out the manufacturer recommended a size that was actually too small for the door. Steve took it in stride and spent extra time replacing the first springs he installed with bigger ones. No grumbling, no extra cost, no short cuts. After the job I called with a followup question. Steve responded within 2-3 business days. Well done Open Sesame.
