Steve went above and beyond, and at a fair price. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate, but did a more thorough job than quoted, and made sure that the opener was properly adjusted before leaving. A capable, conscientious serviceman.

A friend referred Steve to me and I am truly thankful for that. Steve isn't the easiest person to get hold of as he is a busy guy and you do have to be persistent to reach him. Ultimately, he is just a pleasure to deal with as he is very honest and friendly. We were looking to replace our aging garage doors with energy efficient insulated doors and Steve gave us sound advice. He did an excellent job in installing three new doors. He did not rush to complete the work as he waited a couple of days to put the 2nd coat of paint on the door frame. Before he left he replaced all the burnt light bulbs in my garage door openers with new ones at no charge! He didn't even tell me about it till I asked him later. What a service!

Steve was the most honest, friendly, professional tradesman I have dealt with so far in my new house - wish he did other services! So HONEST I was shocked, trying to make the customer happy and save money. My doors are as good as new and he stands happily behind his work! Highly recommended. Left us with a big smile! Would give Steve an 11/10 if I could. He was very easy to deal with from the first call I made. Very professional, honest and was immaculate with the installation of our double garage door that he ordered custom made. He included custom aluminum trim for the flashing around the door and installed a premium opener with battery backup. Many of our neighbors have complemented us on the look of our door and Steve's professional installation.

Garage door was installed with automatic opener earlier this year. The owner and his assistant worked all day during a winter storm to get it done. Friendly, kind and excellent customer service. What more can you ask for!

The cable on our garage door snapped off. Steve came the same day and fixed it up, good as a new! He even fixed the rubber on the bottom of the garage, which had come loose. alsi, he showed me how everything worked, and gave me some great pointers. Great, friendly service.

Steven was very friendly. He was very helpful on the phone, gave an accurate quote. When he came to our home and looked at the door, he knew exactly what to do to fix it and finished it quickly, and also gave us a 3 year warranty as part of the price.

Had to replace 17 yr old chain drive with own purchased Sears Craftsman 1/2 hp chain drive. No problem with Steve. Great service, prompt, very knowledgeable. Checked springs, rollers, garage door and even the other garage door opener...no charge. Does NOT upsell you on service. Other garage door installer (rated high on Homestars) had coupon, but tried to upsell you on more items, not forthcoming on preventative maintenance or upcoming problems...because wanted to come back to fix problem later. But not Steve Esber, great service wanting to do his best for his customers! Thanks Steve!
