I contacted Open Sesame to replace a very old, broken down, manually operated garage door. Open Sesame's solution was cost effective and exceeded all of our expectations. We have a fantastic, automatic, garage door now. I am now looking for excuses to use it! It is a pleasure to contract a company that completely exceeds your expectations. Highly recommended.

Steve is great and I would recommend him to my friends and family. My old garage door opener was not working properly. Steve tried to fix it and save me some money from having to buy a new opener. The best part was he came and tried to fix the problem for free. When the fix didn't work he was back the next day to install a new opener that I had purchased myself. Very friendly, trustworthy and professional. I will definitely call Open Sesame again.

Thanks Steve for great work! Arrived on weekend as promised, identified and fixed the problem quickly ( worn out cables needed replacement). Also tightened the chain and explained a couple of things. Highly recommended!

Contacted Open Sesame to come and fix my garage door. They said they would be there in about two hours, and they were. Fixed it quickly, as well as replacing some parts that were ready to fail (they showed me), and all for what I consider a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

In a word..Steve is AMAZING. One of my tension wires decided to break on Wednesday and I called several of the places list here for quotes. My issue was time sensitive as I was leaving town on Thursday afternoon and needed a bit of an emergency call. Some of the companies could come and were cheaper but couldn't come till Friday or Thursday evening, some treated it like an emergency ticket and wanted to charge me 2 hr's of labour plus parts. Then I called Open Sesame. Steve was upfront and honest and told me he would be at my house thrusday morning. He arrived with his partner and I had a great time meeting and talking with him. He is professional, clean and knows his stuff. He not only replaced my both my cables. but also 2 rollers and the parts that the cables attach to..not sure what they are called...adjusted my garage door opener and lubed all my gears, rollers and everything in between. He is awesome at what he does and I will call him the next time I need anything related to a garage door!!

On a same day phone call, Steve came to our house and repaired our garage door - very fast and professional. Door works very well and Steve fixed all sort of little extra's on the door that made an overall difference to our door without us asking. Highly recommend Open Sesame.

My garage door decided to go all crooked mid afternoon. Turns out that one of the cables that hooks the garage door up to the spring had rusted through and snapped. I called up Steve @ Open Sesame. He was very upfront about the estimate, friendly, and professional. Not only that, but he was able to swing by an hour later and perform the repair. After completing the repair, he tightened up all the bolts, and lubricated all the joints / track for me. The garage door is now running very smoothly. I'm extremely happy with the work and would definitely recommend his services.

I contacted Steve for new garage doors. After an inspection, Steve recommended a repair which saved us money. Everything was complete in 2 days. We will be calling Steve when we do install new garage doors.

Steve installed my garage doors 3 years ago. I recently had a problem and Steve was able to come over the same day to repair it. I'm pleased to continue to provide the same great reviews 3 years later.

Steve was prompt, came when he said he would and worked quickly to repair my garage door. Everything works flawlessly and he charged a fair price. I have no complaints.
