Bathroom Renovation
Another fabulous project completed at our home by Palmeri Construction! This is the second time Gabe has worked on our nearly 100 year old home and the second time we’ve been thrilled with the outcome. The quality of his work is impeccable and his communication with us throughout the renovation was very much appreciated. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise, we finally have a bathroom that we love and is functional for the whole family.

Basement Storage Room Renovation
Totally Amazing! Like night day. Gabriel transformed a dingy and dirty cellar space into a functional, insulated and beautiful storage room. Gabriel is a highly skilled professional. He is punctual, hardworking and communicates effectively. I have asked him to renovate my kitchen next!

Basement renovation
This is the second home project we've hired Gabe for. After doing such a fantastic job on our front porch (see review below) there was never a question of who we'd hire to renovate our basement. Gabe is a great communicator and his workmanship is top notch. He takes great pride in his craft. He worked within our budget, even when there were a couple minor hiccups, and finished on time. He has a great sense of design and functionality, so we trusted his input when we were designing the plans. It goes without saying that we'd definitely hire Gabe again!

First Floor Renovation
My house is more than a hundred years old. Over the years, I have worked with many contractors. Gabriel is undoubtedly the best in his field. He is knowledgeable and understands best practices. He collaborates with the client to ensure that all work is achieved in a timely manner. His attention to detail is remarkable! I am awestruck at the work he has done on my house. His workmanship surpassed my expectations. Throughout the renovations, he maintained constant communication. He provided daily updates and happily answered all of my questions. He respected timelines and budget. I highly recommend Gabriel. His integrity and quality work made renovations a painless and stress free experience. Plus, his family tomato sauce is amazing! I look forward to working with Gabriel on future projects!

Hanging a door/fitting/adjusting irregular doorframe
Gabriel is friendly, professional and skilled. He promptly fit my small job into his schedule. Gabriel even came back to make a small adjustment.

New stair build and install
We worked with Gabriel to replace 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse. Gabriel was professional, communicative, timely, and on budget. He worked through our unique circumstances, relishing the challenge, and taking obvious pride in the quality of his work. We look forward to working with him again soon!

Drywall / Insulation A
Gabe was an absolute pleasure to hire for this job (which was to insulate and drywall a large opening discovered in my garage). Extremely professional, and went above and beyond to ensure when the job was done that all was more than satisfactory. It's rare to find qualified people these days that truly have the passion to do the job the RIGHT way I've learned, and with Gabe all was done to perfection -- what more can you ask for !!. I've hired many contractors for needed jobs and reno's on my property these past few years, and Gabe is at the top of the list of guys I'd rehire in a heartbeat, and would gladly recommend him to anybody.

Outdoor wood column, interior doors
Gabe completed our project in a timely and professional manner. Very happy with the quality of work. I would recommend Gabe to anyone looking for a top-notch contractor. Having said that, upon learning that Gabe was once the lead singer in a Metallica tribute band, Mr. Palmeri flatly refused to indulge us with a few bars of "Enter Sandman".

Two decks and custom pergola
Palmeri is a superb company with ethical and skills standards of the highest. Gabriel responded to our need to complete this Landscaping project quickly. He analyzed the quirks and ironed them out. He is a superb communicator. The carpentry skills are beyond what many would be used to. We highly recommend Gabriel. Do yourself a favor. Have a stress free job site!!! TREMENDOUS WORK ETHIC. LIKE THE OLDEN TIMES.

Front porch addition
Gabe was amazing! His workmanship was very high quality, he has great attention to detail, and he was incredibly helpful each step of the way. We went into the project having never done a house reno before, and he provided helpful advice when we needed some guidance. His friendly and very professional demeanor made him a pleasure to work with, and he kept the job site immaculate. He worked within the time frame originally laid out, was always very responsive when we had questions, and he worked within the budget we had agreed upon. We love the space and it turned out beyond our expectations. We recommend Gabe to anyone looking for quality home renovations or carpentry work. For our next project we will be going straight to Gabe!
