After purchasing our house in the Spring of 2016, we began the search for a contractor to do a full renovation. Although we had met with several contractors before Gabe, after our initial consultation with him we knew immediately that working with him was the best decision to make. His breadth of knowledge and quality of workmanship are second to none. From creating a custom kitchen, fixing sub-floors and correcting previous renovation nightmares to managing sub-contractors and dealing with the challenges that a 100 year old house brings, Gabe was always professional, honest and dedicated to making sure that everything was completed to the highest standard. As first time renovators, we really appreciated the time that he always took to help us understand every aspect of the process - from start to finish. We love the way that Gabe transformed our interior so much that we're already making plans for him to come back and do the exterior of our home too!

It was a real pleasure having Gabriel take on our project. Gabriel is very honest and was first rate throughout the entire project. Gabriel' s crsftmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expextations. His quote was fair and met our deadline. I highly recommend Gabriel to anyone looking for quality work

From the moment Gabe came to price out the project he was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what the project entailed and the time it would take to complete. He was very detail oriented and made sure the job was nothing short of perfect.

As a result of other changes done to the front of our home, our porch pillars and ceiling had to be re-done before the winter. We found Gabriel’s company through an internet search and HomeStars. He responded quickly. He came over, measured, gave us a quote, gave us references (we contacted one of them and received a glowing review), he started when he said he would and he completed the work when he said he would. We did not need to follow-up with him. He impressed us with his passion, his work and his integrity – and we would highly recommend him.

I recently had my front porch replaced by Palmeri Construction. Gabriel quoted the job quickly and accurately. He showed up on time and worked through some bad weather to finish on time as well. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when he was done. Although it was a pretty straightforward job, Gabriel added a few creative design touches to improve the look. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. I would definitely use their services again.

We were so pleased to work with Gabriel on a recent renovation. The scope of the project included demolishing and rebuilding a two-story extension; erecting a fence, pergola and barbecue enclosure; covering the extension with board and batten; and building a shed. Gabriel is exacting and precise in his work. The final project surpasses our expectations. He listened closely to our design ideas, offered his professional opinion, dealt with all the city permits and inspectors and generally ensured that the steps of the project were communicated clearly. We highly recommend Gabriel and will have him back for future projects

We recently purchased a new home and were looking to have hardwood floors installed. In an effort to save on costs though we wanted to go through a third party contractor, as opposed to having the builder install the floors. Going into this project we had very high expectations and Palmeri Construction met every one of our expectations. The team was professional, knowledgable and did a great job with the floors. No detail went un-missed and the team completed the project on time, which is always an A+ in my books. I would highly recommend Palmeri Construction, and will definitely use them again in the future.

After having to take apart the top layer of our deck to repair damage caused by carpenter ants, we did not have the skill needed to then replace the flooring. After calling countless companies, who were all booked until the end of the summer, we finally came across Palmeri Construction, and Gabriel agreed to take on the small job on a weekend! So, not only were we happy that he was able to complete the job soon and within one day, he did a fantastic job. He came on time, worked hard all day, cleaned everything up afterwards, and then gave us some suggestions for refreshing the older wood that hadn't needed replacement to look nicer too. We couldn't have been happier with the work - our repaired deck looks brand new! We look forward to hiring Palmeri Construction in future for larger projects!

I can't recommend Palmeri Construction highly enough. Not only are Gabriel and Joe perfectionists, they are totally honest, professional, punctual, tidy – and friendly. They do NOT do half-baked work and they have all the tools they require. I needed to replace 4 rotting carport posts and the rotting front porch. Gabriel wrote a detailed contract specifying the work to be done and the final cost. But they went above and beyond what I expected! When they had completed the job, strangers in the neighborhood came to admire their work and compliment me. I spied one fellow sketching the new carport posts. Unfortunately, he couldn’t see the new steel reinforcements for the posts that are hidden under the aluminum soffit. ALSO, get this: Gabriel and Joe designed an attractive cover to hide the newly-replaced gas meter that lay exposed in the side of my brick wall. They didn't even want to charge me for it! I'm glad I listened to Gabriel's advice on the porch design. He was right; it looks much better than the original. It's 2 years later now, and the work STILL looks great and is as solid as the day they finished it back in June 2013. Palmeri Construction is one company I can recommend without hesitation.

Recently, a laminated hard wood flooring was installed In our living and dining room areas by the Palmeri Construction Company. Not only are we pleased with the finished product, but also with the courtesy and workmanship displayed. We have no hesitation in recommending this ‘company’.
