    New Roof

    We were desperately in need of a new roof but knew nothing about the process. The first quote I got was from a small company and was cheaper but I found out they don't use fall protection while working and the estimator wasn't very knowledgeable about the roofing products or warranty. When I met with Michael from Penfolds he was very professional and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The project took two days to complete and the crew arrived early each day, worked incredibly hard and totally cleared the work site at the end of the first day and once the project was complete as well. They did an excellent job and the roof looks fantastic. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    Re-Roof

    We just purchased a new home and knew that the roof would have to be replaced immediately. We received some quotes but I had concerns about the warranties offered. Penfold's roofing was the best decision we could have made. Sean Crowther was prompt and professional. He came and inspected our roof and offered us a quote with different options the same day. We were able to make an informed choice that was within our budget and came with an awesome warranty. The fellows completing the roofing job were courteous, professional and respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was made so simple and easy as we were able to contact our technical adviser, Sean Crowther with any questions. We would highly recommend Penfold's Roofing.

    Roof

    We recently returned home from a holiday to find a Racoon in our attic. We had received a quote from Sean Crowther a year earlier so when we called him he was quick to come to our home. The job was started 2 days later and finished in 3 days. The crew was very professional and polite. They kept us informed and cleaned up every day. We are very happy with the quality of our roof.     Re-Roof

    We recently used Penfold’s to replace our cedar shakes and install a new shingle roof after having a raccoon rip two holes in our shakes and cause interior water damage. We had several estimates and Penfold’s was very competitive. Sean Crowther was our technical advisor, and was very professional in his presentation, helping us select the type and color for the roof. He checked in during the roofing process and followed up after completion. We met with him on a Monday and the job was started on Thursday and continued for five more working days. The crew did a great job keeping the yard clean and free of debris and were very pleasant to have on site. Penfold’s came highly recommended by a couple of people we know and we would recommend them to our friends.

    Re-Roof

    I had a Penfolds Ziplok Metal Roof installed in September, 2013. It replaced a moss and debris covered Tar & Gravel Roof. I have used other roofing companies in the past, but knew I wanted a Penfolds roof. I could not be more pleased. The sales rep. Sean was wonderful and Stuart and his crew did a superb job. Ron, their manager was excellent to deal with as well. I had used a company to clean the gutters on my previous roofs but was a hesitant to go with them as I was concerned about my warranty if any damage was incurred by them. I discussed this with both Sean M. and Silvio and after receiving a quote, which I found higher than what my usual guy would charge, I decided to go with Penfolds so my warranty will stay intact with their technicians working on the roof. I could not be more pleased with Tony and Gilbert who left my roof looking like brand new. They cleared all the cedar debris away and made sure everything was in order. I have decided to get only Penfolds to do this work on a yearly basis. Thank you, Penfolds for bringing piece of mind regarding my roof. – I recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof. Yes, the prices are higher, but you get what you pay for – a quality product and quality workmanship.

    Re-Roof

    Pat and I are so pleased with the job done by Penfolds Roofing, Adam Boyes, and the roofing crew for our home on 20th Avenue. Adam Boyes impressed us with his very professional presentation, with all the information clear and concise. Follow-ups were there in quick order. The roofing crew were hardly noticed considering what was going on and was quite an event to watch. Clean up was excellent. We have no hesitation in referring Penfolds Roofing and Adam Boyes.

    New roof

    Penfolds Roofing recently completed the installation of our new roof and skylights. We were very impressed with all aspects of the service, from the initial consultation and quote process with Jonathan, through to the efficiency and quality of the work performed by the crew. When we ran into unexpected issues, Jonathan explained everything and made sure we were comfortable before proceeding. The crew was hard-working, courteous, and did an excellent clean up of the property upon completion. We very much appreciated the fact that Jonathan was on site every day and gave us his personal attention. The new roof and skylights look great, and I would highly recommend Penfolds Roofing to anyone.

    Roofing

    We just had our roof, skylights and gutters done with Penfolds Roofing here in Walnut Grove, Langley. I can't say enough how great this experience was. I also learned a lot about my roof and they were very helpful in determining what products we should go with. Johnathan and his crew came in and had everything done in 3 days. They were on time, they worked hard and they did an excellent job. no complaints. The price was good and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I would recommned Penfolds Roofing and Solar. We are very pleased at how our roof, skylights and gutters look. Thanks

    new roof and gutters

    We recently had Penfold's remove our old cedar shake roof and install a new CedarTwin shingle roof. They also arranged the replacement of all our gutters. We were quite satisfied dealing with Penfold's. Our main contact person was Jonathan and he was great to deal with. He explained everything that would be done and he answered all questions fully and patiently. We liked that he was involved right from the first sales call to the job completion. While the work was being done he stopped by at least once a day to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going. The actual roofing crew were very hard working and respectful of our property. We are happy with the final job done. The new roof and gutters look great! We went with Penfold's for the peace of mind that we would be using a long established company who would do things right and be around in the future to stand by their guarantee, and I think we made the right choice.

    Re-Roof

    We wanted to write and thank Penfolds for our fantastic new roof. In fact our thanks are twofold: Firstly for the excellent customer service from you and your team, everything was explained well and we felt looked after over the whole process. There was no pressure and info was provided in a timely way when requested. Secondly our thanks go to the installation team of 4 guys on site for 12 hours to get our old roof off and our new roof installed. It looks great and we were very pleased with the clean-up and the polite, professional way the guys worked. We will have no hesitation in recommending Penfolds to friends & neighbour's.
