    Retractable Screen Door

    Biggest mistake I made was buying this product. I needed a screen door on my screen room to keep bugs out. Salesman attend at my home and I explained to him how screen would be used. I was assured that everything was OK. After installed, installer told me that screen was to be retracted at all times when not in use as it would "sag" and never retract screen when it was wet. Salesman did not mention this before I bought it. My screen had to be extended at all times to keep bugs out. It was also our rear exit and would be used when wet. Bottom line: Within days, screen sagged, started to fray on bottom and would not retract properly when wet. Called company and they proposed installer look at screen to see if he could resolve issue. He attended and very emphatically stated there was nothing wrong with product or installation. After month long calls and e-mails to head office, they finally agreed to remove screen and give me a full refund. Based on experience, I would never recommend this product to anyone.

    Screen doors and window screens

    Wonderful service and wonderful products. I especially love the easy retractable screens. Very easy to use when I turn off the AC. Andy was knowledgable and friendly. Fabulous work, Andy.Thank you!

    Screen Door

    Nice product, looks great in black. Screen door works well and the screen almost disappears. Fast installation, all the mess was cleaned up before he left. Great service. Thanks Andy!

    Back Deck

    Andy did both the pre-measure and the install for our new Phantom Screens. He was on time and worked quickly and professionally. He explained the product and the upkeep recommendations and made sure I was happy with the install before he left. He also explained the warranty and left the back deck clean and tidy.

    Phantom Screens

    Andy came to install our phantom screen. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the warranty and showed how to operate the screen door. So Happy with this service!!!

    Front door screen installation

    Found the person who installed the screen to be extremely rude. Would not recommend this product as customer service is seriously lacking. Overall I am happy with the screen but I will find a different (nicer) company to install the remainder of the screens for my home

    Double door phantom screen

    Wayne installed our screen doors. Very friendly,punctual and very knowledgeable.would recommend this company to family and friends . Wayne was very patient with All our questions and concerns. Thank you

    Phantom Screen Door

    Visited their kiosk at a Hamilton Home Show and left my name for future contact. They responded after home show finished, visited, measured and quoted a cost. Contract was signed for installation in 3-6 weeks (winter weather in February still nasty). They phoned in late March indicating product was ready and set up an installation. They ("Mike") arrived on time, did an excellent and prompt installation and explained technical mechanics. All in all, an excellent experience and worthy of referral.

    Phantom screen

    Received a deal at the homeshow last year. Service was very good, prompt and friendly. We are very happy with our phantom screen since our old front door screen blew off its hinges. The only drawback to this screen is that it retracts very quickly. It needs a device to slow the retraction. .

    Phantom Screen Installation

    Just wanted to say thanks to Mike C. from Phantom Screens for the recent install, the best product out there by far. Mike showed up when promised, did a quality installation in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Carol at the office was great to deal with always returned calls and was very knowledgeable about there product. Thanks Phantom Screens and Mike C.
