everyone at Phantom screens were very helpful, the off season sale was great for saving some $$, and the installer was quick, efficient and very helpful with the demonstration. They came highly recommended to me also, and I would also recommend Phantom Screens.

Mike was excellent. The phantom screens were beautifully installed, he gave us a great demo and explanation of how to care for them. We are very pleased with the product and enjoyed having Mike in our home to do the work! Congratulations on such excellent service.

The service from Phantom Screens was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner. Mike Campbell did a very good job of installation and his follow-up instructions were easy to follow.

Our new Phantom screen door was ordered, delivered and installed, all within the estimated time frame. Mike (from Phantom) installed the retractable screen door today and then took the time, despite the cold temps, to demonstrate the operation of the door. He also fully explained the maintenance for the door and warranty coverage. Mike's professional yet personable approach represents his company extremely well. We can't comment yet on the door itself since it's November and we're too late in the season to actually use the new door now.

Phantom Screens takes pride in its product. The salesperson who quoted on the job was very knowledgeable and described fully and accurately how the product would work and what would be involved in the installation. The installer arrived exactly on time, worked quickly and without mess. He then demonstrated how the doors operate and how to maintain them.

We had Mike install our screen door on Oct.22. The installation was quick and efficient. This is an excellent product, much more satisfactory than our old storm door. I would highly recommend Phantom Screens.

They were quick, clean and professional. They finished the job earlier than they had promised at the beginning which was delightful. The door's quality is amazing. Mike is a very nice guy and made sure he explained everything thoroughly.

I really enjoyed having Phantom Screens come to my home and install a screen from my living room to my balcony. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. My only concern was with the additional $50 charge to bring the screen up the elevator...with all of the business that they receive from my Condominium corporation and their familiarity with our building you would think that they would waive that charge to be competitive with other companies. I have had much larger furniture delivered and not been charged an additional fee.

Mike was very informative and friendly. I love my phantom screen! He went above and beyond to make sure I knew all of the information that I needed to ensure that I can operate my new screen.
