I needed two doors rescreened. The serviceman was John B. he phoned promply, set up a appointment, was there when he said and did a great job. He explained a few tips to avoid the same thing happening again.

We just had a screen door installed by Mike Campbell. He did an excellent job installing and explaining the his product . Evan thou he had a very sore back he arrived right on time and finishing the installation quickly. Truely a proffesional

I learned about the phantom door from a few of neighbours and was very impressed with its durable hideaway design. I also learned that phantom was the only acceptable standard within our town/condo complex. Mike Campbell was my contact from beginning to end. He was very adaptable to my schedule and requirements. The installation process handled by Mike was of the highest calibre. He demonstrated professionalism and a solid knowledge of the door. He also ensured that I understood the door technology as well as its maintenance. A very pleasant experience.

We contacted Phantom Screen Door Systems after talking to them at the Home Show. A salesman was out to our house and gave us an estimate, we ordered and the door was ready to install one week later. Andy Jaffray came at the appointed time. He was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable about the product, maintenance; and he cleaned up after himself. He was most pleasant, to have in our house, very courteous. We highly recommend Andy to do the job and we love the screen door.

We filled out the card at the homeshow & someone called us that week. After we ordered the screen it was installed within a week. The installer did a great job & explained how to maintain it so it should last a long time.

We ordered a Phantom Screen Door early this spring to beat the rush...... and we did. One week from the date were given the contracted price, we had the door installed by Mike. He was very personable and did an excellent job. He was very thorough with his work and knowledgeable about the product.

Just had our Phantom screen door installed (for the second time) as the first time the measurements were incorrect. The installer (Mike C.) told me on the first visit that he would put a rush on it and sure enough a week later it's in. Mike was very professional and explained every aspect of the operation including maintenance. Seeing how it is March we won't be using the door for a couple of months but knowing the quality of this product I have no reservations in recommending it to anyone.

I found Mike Campbell, who installed the "Phantom Screens" very personable. We got along as if we had known each other for years. He did a fantastic job and was very informative on the product. The screens look great and would recommend this to anyone and to have someone like Mike do the installation is a bonus.

Phantom screens have always been an amazing product. Low maintenance, easy functionality and appearance make me strongly recommend them. Partnered with the amazing service they just can’t be beat. Mike not only installed the screens quickly and quietly but also was very courteous and was integral to making the whole installation a great trouble free experience.
