Prompt response from my inquiry call and delivery in the promised time peroid. Installer called ahead to confirm date and time and kept his promise. A great product and install went well, no mess. Features were explained carefully. Phil the installer was efficient and polite. We have already recommended this company to friends

What an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly and I have absolutely no complaints. The time between measuring and installing was shorter than quoted which is great. The installer (Mike Campbell)was very friendly, knowledgable and explained everything to us before he left. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends / family.

Love my Phantom Screens front entrance screen door. Is exactly as I had hoped. Mike, the gentleman who installed it, was fantastic. Highly recommended. And it was installed earlier than expected. What a treat!

I order a single back door Phantom Screen. It was installed by Mike Campbell. The service from Mike was great and he did an awesome job. Super nice and friendly guy who explained the ins and outs of servicing the screen and whatnot. I wouls 100% recommend this service. Screen looks great. Well worth the money!

We ordered a Phantom Screen at the Home Show and have just had it installed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Mike Campbell explained all aspects of the screen and its operation and was very professional. We will most certainly recommend the screen to others if we ever get weather warm enough to use it.

The installation was for 2 - 14' screens and 1 - 24' screen with custom colour matching. The installation location was Midland, Ontario. Phantom screens are not cheap or inexpensive, but the staff was pleasant, respectful of the property and owner and the final cost was as per quote. The installation was coordinated by Mike Phillips, and it was done on time. The quality of the install staff and the product material showed in the positive final result.. If you can afford it .. they are worth it.

As has been my past experience the istallation of my screen doors was accomplished without a hitch of any kind. This is the first time that I have had Mike Campbell as an installer and in my opinion he is without question the best of the best. I fail to see how anyone could go wrong picking this company to look afte their screening needs> they have the best product, the best service, the best installation people and they are the most experienced in the business. Can you say " WIN, WIN".

Phanton Screens recently installled a new screen system and the end result is fantastics. From service, to product and installation, the entire project when smoothly. The final install was done by Mark Gordon who worked quicklly and professionally.

Mike was on time and installed the screen well. Showed us how to operate it properly and maintain it. Have not had any follow up as of yet. Hopefully they will call or visit to see if we are happy with the product and if we have any questions.
