Pool Service
We have dealt with Jim Perkins and the Pool Craft staff for nearly 25 years. Over this period of time they have provided prompt, friendly and professional service for required maintenance,purchase and installation of both new and upgraded equipment as well as the opening and closing of our pool annually. Geoff and the staff at the store are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our long term relationship with Pool Craft is a testament to our satisfaction with their customer focused service. We certainly have no hesitation recommending them for either installation or servicing your pool.

Over the years as we have grown Jim has had to focus on our pool construction division and turn over the service side to others like myself. Pool, basketball court and landscaping
We had heard so many horror stories when thinking about putting in a pool. Thank goodness we were referred to Pool Craft. Not only were our reservations quelled, but we were provided with the most outstanding service. From the first day we met with Jason and John, we knew we had made the perfect decision in choosing Pool Craft. They are a company that provides the utmost professional service, and it is delivered with a smile and constant attention. We would highly recommend them for any job, big or small. Our back yard was turned into an oasis in the time promised and with the utmost perfection. Thank you Pool Craft.

Pool filter replacement and regular maintenance
We have been a client of Poolcraft for several years now and I would have to say that their service and knowledge is outstanding. Geoff and his in-store staff are very knowledgeable and congenial. Service staff are professional and have completed tasks in a timely manner and have always left my property as neat as it was before they arrived. While I do most of the day-to-day maintenance, a quick weekly visit to them for chemical checks guarantees that my pool water is always crystal clear. I would highly recommend Poolcraft to anyone for anything to do with their pool.

Richard. I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. Actually you wrote two one on this site and another one on another site which is amazing. I have really gotten to know you over the past few years. This year especially. You were having problems with a green pool and followed all of our instructions to the letter. When we ruled out the chemistry aspect I had our service department go out and we determined your filter needed replacement. Without hesitation you gave us the go ahead to install a new filter. Green pools can be a very frustrating thing for pool owners and sometimes and the prospect of having replace a sand filter which is a big investment. I am very pleased that after the new filter installation your pool has been crystal clear and you got to enjoy it and not worry about it for the rest of the season. Thank you for relying on us and we were are always happy to see you when you stop in for your water testing and pool supplies. Thanks again for everything.

Installation of inground pool
I wanted to reach out and let you know how happy we are with the ‘almost final’ product and the customer love-experience we have enjoyed throughout the process. You, John and all of your partner companies – that have clearly been selected with a nod to friendliness and professionalism – are a rarity these days. It is not easy to get great customer service with one company or one product let alone multiple companies involved in a project on a scale like ours. You have achieved a level of excellence with us and for that we are truly appreciative – your gift of the robot underlines your integrity and dedication to this goal…thanks. We now have a backyard paradise that will be enjoyed by our family for years to come and one day add immense value to the resale of this home. We have recommended you and your company to others already and will continue to do so – friends of friends are apparently giving Pool Craft the green light to get started as a matter of fact. Pool and Landscaping
Our project started in the fall of 2011 with the intention of opening our pool in time for the warm weather in 2012. We looked at several pool contractors to take a look at our project but Poolcraft rose above the rest. Immediately we were impressed with their professionalism, honesty, diligence, integrity, and experience. Our pool opened in late spring – just in time for us. It all happened so fast and were impressed with the Poolcraft team's work ethic, responsiveness, and dedication. Our backyard is beautiful and we will look forward to enjoying it for many years… thank you Poolcraft! - Gio

inground pool installation
Pool Craft installed a swimming pool for me this spring and they were absolutely fantastic. They were very clean, on time and easy to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.
