    Heirloom

    I will NEVER buy from them again. If you want poor service and being ignored, they are the ones you want yo go to. Rob claims they have a top notch customer service, but their so call top notch service is NEVER returning your calls. My husband has called and left messages for him numerous times and never heard back. It got to a point where I got very frustrated and stepped in and wrote him a nice long email about the terrible service we have ever since we closed and the outstanding repairs that STILL have not been done where he finally replied. He is rude and accused me of "abusing" him when I was not even using any profanity. How do you expect someone to speak when they are upset. Clearly I would have been swearing but I did not. He is very unpleasant to deal with. I've spoke with Julia before and she said she'll call me back but she never did either. They get 5 stars for not returning phone calls. We have water damage underneath our sink in our laundry room and the water had seep downstairs to the kitchen. He said it was our problem and not theirs. Their service guy came in and took a look at it and all he did was draw a circle with a pencil. Apparently the work order claims he had tighten the hoses which is why it was leaking (full of crap!) We had checked when we connected our hose and there were no leaks and my husband was there when he came in and he did not tighten anything. They are all LI*RS!!! He said that once you buy the homes and its damaged, it is your responsibility and not theirs. Unless we can prove it. But how do you prove something when no one (not even primont themselves) know where the source is. Because no one knows, they are not going to do anything. Once they take your money they don't care. Their workmanship is terrible and quality is not worth half a million. They are very nice until you sign the agreement. Their decor rep claims the laminate flooring will not scratch. But take your nails and run it along your floor and it WILL scratch. I will not even give them 1 star. Never BUY from them. You will get a lot of headaches. I don't want to stay in my house anymore but I can't do anything about it. Rob knows nothing about customer service! He calls me and tells me this is too overwhelming and he will take his good will off the table because there are too many people involved (just me and my husband). Is that what customer service is? This is what he is suppose to deal with everyday and if he can't deal with it, he needs to find a new job. You do not tell a customer that. He likes to put himself on a high pedestal but yet he does not have one ounce of what customer service is. They need to find someone who actually knows what customer service is because I can tell you, it is not him. I've spoke to many of my neighbours and they will tell you their service is terrible! All I want is for that problem to be fixed!!!!!

    Primont Heirloom

    Horrible customer service. My wife was treated very rudely. Snow from other properties was dumped in front of our home. Why because they want to make sure the other properties close. It also makes it easier for them to work on these properties. After they close they don't care. The customer service rep just mocked my wife.

    Worse builder EVER!!

    WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM PRIMONT! This is by far the worse experience of my life and I have never encountered so much headache. I regret every ounce buying from Primont and they ruined my experience buying my first home. They have very poor service and material used for the home is crap. We were rushed upon closing and there were so many defects with the home. Many basic necessities were not completed, including heat, hot water, shower etc. The items on our PDI is so long since there are abnormally more things that needed to be fixed. Every time you bring up problems to the customer service, they either denied or argued with you, or just simply state "that are nothing we can do", or "sorry, no we won't be doing that". The trades Primont used are not consistent and quality varies between homes. I had many major issues, but according to them, "it is up to code" so we are not going to do anything about it, despite it is clearly a mistake, even admitted by trades people that worked on it. Repairs take a very lengthy time and they sure did not seem to care. It was a lot easier to have someone else where come in to fix it for you than going through the builder. I am guessing that might be one of their tactics to have you tired out from going back and forth with them that you give up and fork it out yourselves. Even their own service people said they would not buy from Primont, and pretty much EVERY SINGLE contractors they used told me that this is the worse site and worse builder and they would not buy from Primont personally. Their customer service people, Julia and Robert not helpful at all. They indicated items are fine when all they do is sit in their office. During my initial PDI, I could not believe what was said to me when I was complaining - "you gotta understand, you did not purchase a million dollar custom home, so you kinda get what you paid for". REALLY??! My home still cost me half a million and I can understand it being smaller than a million dollar home, but quality should not lack, and who says that anyway!? I was shocked and did not know how to respond. If anything, I probably get paid more and my home is probably more expensive than yours! This has been by far the worse experience ever. It is very unfortunately that there are such bad builder out there, and a lot of times, we are stuck buying from a certain builder because of location etc. I laugh every time I hear their commercial on the radio, saying how it's people first and this and that...what BS.

    Do not buy from Primonth Homes

    This has been the worst experience of my life. It statred with poor customer service at the decor center where they care more to get you to upgrade than explain things that are necessary for a fist time home buyer. Once we moved the real problems started with the 30 day list and the 1 year list. The customer service reps that are supposed to come and fix stuff are lazy and have no idea how to fix things properly. The customer service manager (Rob) does not have 1 ounce of knowledge of how to talk to people and is rude and refuses to help you out. If I could go back and buy from another builder I would do so in a heartbeat but now all I am left with is a house with creaky stairs and extemley poor craftsmanship. If you want poorly constructed home and 2 years dealing with unprofessional people and laziness...go ahead and but your home from Primont Homes but if you want this to be a fun experience I would recommend looking at other builders.

    heirloom

    This is my second purchase from Primont Homes. I would never consider buying from anyone else. Of course there were hiccups along the way. It is new construction after all and we understand that anthing can happen along the way especially when you are buying a home from a picture on a brochure, Right from the sales staff to decor people to service people our every need has been met. We have purchased from other builders before and let me tell you, this company goes above and beyond to make people happy, WHAT WAS UPGRADES WITH OTHER BUILDERS WE GOT AS STANDARD. Of course upgrading is going to cost money. we just went into the decor center with a wish list of things that we could not do after, and we were very surprised that it was all well within our budget, Overall, I will definitely recommend them to my friends, as many of them have already bought.

    Never buy from Primont Homes

    I bought a house from Primont Homes and will never buy again, their service is poor and quality of products they use is very cheap. You file a tarion complaint and they come and pretend that we did the fault. Never will i recommend Primot to a new home buyer never. Dont make the same mistake that I did.

    NEVER BUY FROM PRIMONT HOMES, -the materials put into building the homes are cheap and fragile -builder does not put much effort into the house and everything is rushed at last minute after the countless closing date delays - walls/cabinets/hardwood are damaged, scratched, etc. -the whole house is a mess - the boss thinks he/she is a god after taking the money - provides the worst after service possible - customer service is useless, they never pick up and when they do they say "we will call you back" -do not bother to compremise with the home owners when they RUIN the entrance of the house - they have approximately five phone numbers and still NO ONE picks up -funny.... primont's slogan states "people first" Never purchase a home from this builder unless you have extremely low expectations and do not care if your money and time is wasted.

    Markham Heirloom by Primont Builder

    The biggest mistake in our life was to select Primont builder. Poor quality, delayed closing and no one to contact were the major problems we see with this builder. Closing dates get pushed so much our lives are in such a miserable state. We placed the order more than 18 months ago, and still the builder is unable to complete the house. All other builders were able to keep their promise. All I want to say is don't select this builder and make your life miserable. SELECTING PRIMONT IS A HUGE MISTAKE

    New Home

    My first home. And let me tell you, with this builder half a million dollars will get you poor coordination between the decor centre & trades, unfinished areas of the house by the time you close, & nothing but headaches dealing with the deficiencies list. The entire neighbourhood is fed up with the crappy quality. These people claim to be "about quality beyond expectations". Whoever wrote that never bought a home from Primont, or had really low expectations. The only up side to this experience was dealing with the sales rep Josie Badali who was very friendly, helpful, and easy to get a hold of if any questions arrived before closing. But once they have your money the customer comes last.

    The house

    They use low scale products, workmanship is not very good qauilty...tried to call headoofice and no one returns my call......i would not recommend this place to anyone.....Owner thinks he is GOD.
