Your window is much larger than the opening in our kitchen. You, Jonathan want to install anyway. As requested before please refund our money. Please have the huge window removed from our premises as soon as possible. $ 1,384.00 paid August 18, 2020 and $ 1,514.00 paid October 19, 2020 (this payment including shipping costs) COVID delayed us all but now is the time to correct this situation.Review from Teresa Z Teresa Z

Jonathan was suppose to close in our balcony. Never happened. Paid a deposit and he always said next month, next month and never showed up. Apparently also goes by Better Living as a business name After requesting a refund back in dec 2018-he never answered the phone or came back to start The Toronto police contacted him this June/2019 & All we want is our money back from the deposit. I can never recommend him since he did absolutely nothing but take our money. Don’t pay this guy a cent till he finishes or pay with visa since you can get a refund quicker. Calls during business hours were not returned most of the time and when I actually got someone on the phone the promised return call with answers never happened. I just had 2 beautiful custom awnings installed on my house. They look fantastic. Luke came to make helpful suggestions regarding colours and I found him very helpful. All of the rain we have had this June delayed the installation so I had to remain patient. It was worth the wait because the installers worked very effectively and quickly to mount my awnings. We contacted Sepio last year to get an estimate...Israel came out and measured plus gave a competitive price. The project got delayed until this year. We called again and they honored last years price. The job was completed on time and the awning is beautiful. I have a signed purchase agreement/Invoice and paid a cash deposit of 50% of total cost on April 29th and was promised delivery 10-14 days. It is now over 30 days, and the owner will not return my calls. He had made yet another promise to delivery before THIS weekend and won't answer my telephone calls or emails. Too many excuses to mention as to why he is not delivering. Very very disappointed in this company who prides itself on TRUST?Answer from pro:
Nancy, you are so sweet. We were discussing this matter for 13 (thirteen) months now – you first approached us on May 8th, 2012. After a year’s deliberating you had finally decided to proceed just as we moved to new premises - an exercise that took way too long. Your order suddenly became red hot rush. You preferred not to wait and got your down payment back in full, in cash. I fully agree that we didn't keep the promised delivery time, but from that to post such a review? Shame. To the fact that we were not returning your calls – correct. If you call morning, noon and evening, looking for new answer each time – we get tired. Calling at weekend helps even less. We accept that each customer is a very special person, but calling on weekends does not serve any purpose – we are simply not here. We promptly attend to all calls on Mondays.

We installed windows and doors throughout our home using Rusco. When we started to have some problems with the windows we contacted the owner for his assistance. Three weeks and many telephone calls and emails later, we are still waiting for some help. I can't believe that he refuses to get back to us after spending over $30,000! Footnote: After putting this review up, Israel (the owner) finally got back to us. Washing his hands of the problem and telling us to contact the manufacturer. Rusco did do a good job installing the windows, however, the courtesy of a more prompt response (less than 3 weeks) when we had problems would have made for a better experience overall.Answer from pro:
Hi Bob. You indeed spent over thirty thousand Dollars with us over a long period, not to mention additional work we had done on your previous house. It shows that you appreciate quality in product and workmanship; otherwise you wouldn’t have used our services to that extent. To the specifics – windows you refer to were made by Magic Window, an excellent product, but are serviced by them only. It was made clear to Joanne upon purchase, and were subsequently serviced by them. You got Magic Window contact information and product reference, so all you had to do was to call them where they would gladly assist. Too bad you didn’t go that route. Further, if Joanne has the urge to scream at somebody she can practice it on you or the family dog, but please leave me out of it.
