I found Rusco on Homestars, and am pleased to confirm that the enthusiasm of their customers is well deserved. From start to finish my dealings with the company were extremely happy. Jonathan Reinberg listened carefully to what I wanted –a modest sun porch for indoor plants on the back of my Edwardian townhouse –and gave me several options for building it. The only pressure I felt from him concerned the glass roof I wanted; he strongly advised against it. I have since learned that it was very fortunate I followed his advice. When there was a delay in the delivery of the components of the porch Jonathan informed me immediately. When he was ready to begin, he worked with a one-man crew quickly and without interruption on the hottest days of the year until the project was completed. At the very end it turned out the outside door would not lock as it was supposed to do. Jonathan came the next day to fix the problem. He brings a lovely energy to his work. His enthusiasm for his products is well warranted; he knows his company has found some very good ones. When the porch was done I was so pleased with it that I bought a set of French doors from Rusco to connect the house with the porch (they have some outstanding ones), and then a new window, and also some aluminum steps and a railing to deal with a major safety issue I had at the back of the house. And now I am waiting for Rusco to install some shades on the porch. For a fairly modest sum of money Rusco has opened up the inner space of my first floor and transformed the back of my house while still respecting its basic character. The 50 sq ft they have given me are already serving as breakfast nook and cocktail lounge; come fall they will become my indoors garden.

We wanted two second storey awnings for our windows to add some depth to the front of the house as it looked very flat. Once they were installed it looks as if they have always been there. From the initial quote to the installation, Rusco was quick and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Our old canvas awning tore after a hard winter and we could not find someone to replace it. Found Rusco Distuributors on the Web and they were very quick to respond. Someone came out and took measurments and we picked the colors we wanted and he left. Did not hear from them for a week and we were getting worried. Well two weeks later the material for the new awning showed up and was installed. Could not ask for a better job of installiation. Quick and professional. We are very happy with the new Awning.

I wanted a special kind of awning for my back deck and Rusco were the one company that offered a variety of options. I chose a polycarbonate pearl silver cover from Rusco. I am extremely pleased with the look of this awning; - it lets a lot of light in, cuts out the ultra violet rays and also provides me with the necessary protection from the sun, rain and snow in the winter. . It has been very professionally installed by Rusco and I am very happy with the result. I would strongly recommend this company and would be very happy to use them again for any future needs.

I used Rusco to replace the windows in my sunroom. I was very impressed with them overall. I found the company to be well-organized, thorough and very trustworthy. Israel provided me with a quote, but was not pushy in the least. Gerry was a true gem who treated me and my home with respect. The carpenter ?Brian was equally amazing. The was an unexpected bump during the installation that required replacement of the framing. Although the cost was more than originally anticipated, I did not feel that I was being "scammed". I would highly recommend Israel and his whole team.

Last October we had Rusco Distributors install an awining over our front door. We were very impressed with all aspects of the job, so much so I wrote a review to HomeStars giving the company 10 out of 10. This spring we decided to have all of the windows in our home replaced, a total of 10 as well as a storm door at the rear of the house and a new entry door at the kitchen. We wanted a number of quotes and had decided that one of them would certainly be from Rusco. It was the right decision to choose Rusco once again. We give Rusco Distributors 10 out of 10 and I will tell you why. On April 12, Israel came to the house and spent much time in going over the types of windows that we had more or less decided on and what we were especially pleased with was the suggestions that Israel made to us with respect to a number of the windows and the kitchen entry door. Rather than sell us just what we wanted, his expertise in the field helped us immensely with the decision about one of the bedroom windows being an awning type, using a slider where we had thought of a fixed and in particular suggesting building up a bathroom window so as to avoid possible future water leakage problems. His suggestion with respect to the new kitchen door not only ended up saving us money but rectifying a problem we had with the way the previous door had operated for the 35 + years. It is his personal involvement and the fact that he is willing to make suggestions that we decided right then and there this was the company to go with. The total estimate was in the middle of the other two estimates....but cost we have found shouldn't necessarily be the deciding factor. The next day Jerry came to do the measuring and spent about l 1/2 hours measuring everything twice. Four weeks later the windows and 2 doors were installed by Al, Rayoul and Alex. They had set aside 3 days for the job but actually finished every thing in 2 full days of work. Al and his crew were very thorough in making sure everything was installed carefully and making sure we knew how to work everythng. They tidied up after each day. My wife and I found them to be very pleasant, conscientious workers who were willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. During their first day here, Israel paid a visit and then the day after the job was completed he came to check that everything was done to our satisfaction. We have had many compliments from the neighbours as to how beautiful the windows look and the calibre of workmanship. We would highly recommend Israel and his company, Rusco Distributors if you are thinking of new windows, doors or awnings
