    Great customer service!

    Christo was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a quick fix but he showed me what the issue was and taught me what to look out for so I don’t have a recurring problem. Didn’t try to upsell services and was honest about the age of my furnace and what to expect for future replacement. I would glad use this service again.

    Jan 2022-furnace stopped working

    Chresto, was our technician; he was at the house in less than an hour of me placing the emergency call. On top of that, he was courteous, informative, and fixed the problem quickly. He answered all my questions. Great service, good experience. Thank you Chresto, much appreciate it. Anca

    Overpriced Industry Standard

    Decided to have the furnace checked to confirm what I thought was the problem. Technician came same day and it took him 2 minutes to confirm at a cost of $100. He was very nice and respectful. I asked how much the cost of repair would be and he said $1000.00. This was for a $150.00 part that literally takes 5 minutes to replace. I found the part locally and so did it myself but it burns me that this is the industry standard and people pay it cause they have to.

    Always reliable, literally the best company I have ever dealt with

    I cannot express how amazing it is to deal with patient, knowledgeable and friendly people. Besides having Shiptons install a AC unit in a very tricky location, I have several occasions to call Shiptons after hours for emergency service. Every time I have been blown away by the customer experience. Service members are never in a rush or dismissive and they genuinely seem to care about your well being. I will continue to use and recommend Shiptons no matter where I move.

    Service plan

    I’m on the service plan so I have them look at my furnace and air conditioner for maintenance once a year as well there are some discounts on services. I found this to be cost-effective and it’s helpful if there’s ever a problem. The technician was really good , very thorough and explained everything thoroughly which I appreciated. The service plan is also good in the event you have an emergency with your furnace in winter the members usually take priority in terms of service calls.

    Serviceman performed annual maintenance as well replaced the filter. He was very professional and very courteous.

    Furnace Fix

    Ralph was a hero! He wouldn't stop fixing the problem because he wouldn't leave my 88 year old mother in the cold! Thank you Ralph!

    Oil Furnace Tune-up and Inspection

    Excellent service over the last 3 years! On time as scheduled and professional. This work is required to maintain home insurance and safety and we have a service policy with Shiptons. Thanks

    FURNACE FALL MAINTENANCE

    Nelson attended promptly at 0800hrs and proceeded to go over my furnace ( Shipton install in Nov. 2018 ) and was very meticulous and professional. The peace of mind of getting regular maintenance makes for problem free winters. This company is on the ball in regards to customer satisfaction.

    Duct Cleaning
