    Seasonal Furnace cleaning

    I am very happy with the service I receive with Shiptons, Thorough , knowledgeable , friendly and always on time. I highly recommend these people. Added service includes notice preappointment you will receive email with name and picture of the service technician. Great company.

    Annual checkup and repair

    Always recommend Shipton's. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Best company for boiler systems. Recommend without hesitation.

    Installation of Furnace, Boiler and Water Heater

    When our old furnace broke down, Scott took the time to tell us our options. We agreed to a total replacement of our furnace, boiler and water heater. Rob did an excellent pre-installation survey and plan of the work. In four days, Jamie and Nigel completed the installation with minimal disruption for us. We were impressed with their conscientious dedication, professionalism, technical skill and knowledge of our complex system which included in-floor radiant heat. We appreciated their promptness, politeness and friendliness. Thank you to all of the Shipton's team. We would highly recommend them. Linda & Gunter

    Routine maintenance

    I always get great service from Shiptons. Stephanie in the office was friendly and efficient, and worked with me by email and phone. She provided me with information regarding the membership plan, and quickly got me set up with an appointment for a routine tune up. Henrik, the technician, was polite and professional. He arrived at the scheduled time. He answered my questions and gave me tips on maintaining my system. I would highly recommend Shiptons to anyone.

    Tank free water heater maintenance

    My tank free water heater stopped working due to gas ignition problem. Shiptons technician was able to fix the problem in a timely, professional and courteous way. Highly recommended

    A/C inspection

    We were very satisfied with your service today. Henrik was very helpful with explaining our A/C system, what the issue is (small leak in the unit) as well as suggesting the best solution moving forward. We would definitely use your service again.

    AC, furnace & water heater maintenance

    Wes came to do the maintenance service for my AC, furnace and water heater. He was very friendly and polite. He explained what work he would be doing and afterwards, shared his findings. His explanation was easy to understand and made me aware of the current status of my appliances. He also made arrangements for a follow-up service call to adjust the location of my water heater. Thank you for providing excellent service!

    AC unit inspection

    Booked online appointment and was attended and serviced the next day. Technician is knowledgeable and gave advise what to do and options to consider.

    Impressed with the knowledge, experience and attitude of the Technician

    We had a Reliance Furnace and Air Conditioner Lease plan which we finished having bought it out. Highly recommend NEVER engaging them or anyone else for Leasing HVAC Equipment! Discovering Shipton's is a Family Run Company which started in 1924, we opted to engage them in a Contract for our 12 year old Furnace and Central Air conditioner. They sent us a Technician to inspect our equipment and we qualified for their Ultra Service, approximately 330 annually or around 29 bucks per month. We were totally impressed with the knowledge of the Technician given his relatively young age 27 and had been with the company for 7 years. His knowledge and expertise was indicative of the level of training and education provided by this company and given they have been around for almost a 100 years was not surprising. The Furnace World out there is a Jungle but we are extremely comfortable placing our HVAC service requirements in their hands.
