    Warranty is junk

Our Stevens and foster mattress sags on the side. We've been diligent about moving it around. Had a guy come out and look at it and he said it was defective, took some pictures etc. We got a call from Sleep Country saying sorry, your warrant is void because there are stains on the mattress. Reading other posts, sounds like they use that excuse a lot NOT to cover their warranty! We paid extra for the advantage mattress protection plan. What a joke. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. What do some sweat stains on a mattress have to do with the crumpling of it? That's right, absolutely nothing. Very dissatisfied with the company and the purchase, I could have gotten better service anywhere else. PLUS I still have the warranty brochure that they gave us when we bought the $1700.00 mattress; no where in there does it say that staining voids the warranty.

    Warranty is a joke

We bought an apparently high end latex mattress which causes our legs to go numb every night - and we are fairly young! Sleep Country refused to take the bed back. This complaint is directed at all Sleep Country stores. I would never buy anything else from them, ever.

    New mattress

From when we entered the store Junaid was very helpful yet respected our space to allow us to discuss our options and make a decision. Today was delivery day and everything went as promised. The men were polite and efficient.

    new mattress purchased

purchased a Stearns & Foster Galliano mattress and box spring in 2011...about a month ago I noticed the side wall had a little sag...even though I'm diligent about spinning my mattress monthly, on a firm wooden support, etc...contacted sleep country warranty when the side wall totally gave way..jumped through all the hoops, downloaded pictures, measurements, everything they asked for...then they wanted more pics...did that...everything was determined that the mattress was indeed defective and they would replace it. the boys show up to swap it out and wow! you have stains!...I had three friends pore over this mattress and none of them could find stains !..they told me if I had it professionally cleaned they would replace it...(?!)...I wondered why I was paying to have a defective mattress cleaned?? anyways the mattress was replaced but not with as posh of one as the Stearns & Foster....it was replaced with a Simmons Everly which I'm considering returning...feeling slightly ripped off and don't believe all their advertising!!

Warranty a total waste of time.

Bought a 'half price' mattress for $1600.00 and just over 4 years later it's sagging so much our backs are killing us. After calling the store they put us in touch with the warranty people who had us fill out this detailed report online that included photos of the mattress with a straight pole across it so show the indents, which in our case showed over an inch in the areas we lay. Entered everything a month ago and got a nice email saying that someone would contact us within 2 days. Still haven't heard from them so I just went into the warranty system and was shocked to see that all they did was change the file from 'processing' and then to 'denied' and then to 'complete' without contacting me at all. Nice.

    Mattress and box spring

I purchased a mattress and when it was delivered I had them unload in the driveway and leave it(because delivery people do not care for your home) So myself and husband brought the mattress and box spring in the house inwrapped it and set it up as soon as we did that, I noticed a large dip in the mattress, I called them asap and they told me I had to call warranty service, I have been dealing with this for 10 days now sent them about 6 pictures showing the problem and now (today) they want more pictures because I did not give them one of the whole surface of the bed!! I spoke to 2 people since I sent the last picture 4 days ago and they never mentioned that at all?? I am still fighting for the replacement I will not give up BUT I doubt I will receive a replacement ;( Update as of today March 17th Sleepcountry will not return my emails or calls, I will have to live with a defective mattress and I will never deal with them again!!

Sleep Country Mattress Warranty is useless

We bought a twin mattress with 10 years of warranty for our child in 2010. Now it is crashed in the middle, so we contacted its warranty service department. They asked us to take and upload many pictures of the mattress. We did everything they asked for, and we also stated there are some stains, but we don't care. The only thing we need is to fix the crash. Now, they sent us a letter, said we must get it professionally cleaned. How much would be for the professional clean? $100, $200? We don't know. We don't know it will be satisfied either after a professional clean. The interesting thing is that Sleep Country won't take and won't need the mattress back because it has been crashed already, no matter whether or not we clean the mattress. Actually a sales gentleman in the store told us that Sleep Country won't have it back as it is used and defective. So, basically Sleep Country tries not to honor the warranty. I won't buy any mattress from them again.

Do not buy at Sleep Country

After only 2 years the Kingsdown mattress bought at Sleep Country sagged so much that sleeping on it caused severed back pain, even though we did not have any medical preconditions. The warranty claim was denied because of a small stain at the foot of the mattress. We could probably get something out of it but just gave up since the customer service experience was horrible. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere unless you are prepared to fight hard.

    Mattress and Box Spring

In October 2015 we bought a Kings Down Mattress - too firm - Returned - $50 charge. Replaced with a Serta - Looked used - Returned. Got another Serta - this one looked even worse than the previous one. Couldn't find a satisfactory replacement, so we requested a full refund. 3-weeks later they agreed to a refund. With a $100 service charge. They picked up the mattress Dec 29, 2015. To date, Jan 13, 2016, we still haven't received the refund. Emailing Penny, Manager of Customer Service - no response. I totally agree with - "Please buy a mattress anywhere else!" Time to play hard ball.
