Waiting for a delivery guys to exchange the spring boxes under warranty, talked to the mgr at Hampshire Gate in Oakville to talk only about hours of delivery - what a horrible experience, very rude person, his name is Michael, did not wanted to give me his last name, he will talk over you without listening. Please avoid this store at ANY COST - he also told me he is a mgr of 4 stores......very unprofessional and rude!!!!!!

I bought mattress, Box, Metal frames(where the box is going) , As the salesman agree to give me the extension for no extra cost. But when they delivered there is no extension. I went couple of time collect it.They want $16 for it. But I lost bus fares 2 times. And they took $10 for it. What a poor service and they forget everything once they sold it.

Daniel at the Southside helped me out in a very professional, unrushed, educated manner. He had some great ideas and clearly his 25 years in the mattress business distinguished him as the pros.

Purchased a new bed. Pillows. Duvet. Sheets. Bed was great when tested at the store but at home after about 6 months the bed was no longer firm and sinks in a Lot, called sleep country on Merivale they never called me back I called a month later left another voicemail, someone called me back asking what was the problem, as I started explaining he interrupted me and said a customer came in and said he'd call me back and hung up on me while I was talking, never been so insulted in my life

I found the salesperson very approachable and not one of those high-pressure people. He let me wander and test various types of mattresses. He was super informed about the differences among the mattress types, the suppliers, the promotions. Really friendly and provided exactly what they said they would. I even got a free pillow for singing the jingle. Haha.

Sleep Country are the worst in fulfilling their obligation under warranty. They recommended a cleaner to clean the mattress which they have acknowledged has a big problem and that it should be changed due to the 1 1/4 dip on all 4 sides, but the little stain has to be removed. No problem, I Faxed the bill as proof it was cleaned they refused to accept it because it didn't have a HST on the bill. they even accused me of fraudulently obtaining that bill from the dollar store. its been nearly 3 months and my mattress hasn't been changed, although its under warranty and their specialist has said it needs to be changed. IF YOU PURCHASE A MATTRESS HERE THEY WILL NOT MAKE LIFE EASY IF YOU HAVE TO CLAIM WARRANTY. AS IF THEY ARE GOING TO SELL THE DEFECTED MATTRESS TO SOMEONE ELSE, Why does the cleaner have to have a HST on the bill does that make him a better cleaner if he does??? disgusting !!! cheap way of troubling your valued customers !!

There is a reason Sleep Country requires you to pay by credit card up front: it's because it allows them to dump the stuff down, run out the door and leave you stuck with the problems they generated. Today their delivery men arrived. The men assembled the frame. They announced that it was the wrong frame. They spoke with the Sleep Country store. I am merely the customer, but the shop and the deliverymen acted as though I should be solving the problem. The men left the frame in the middle of the room and did not disassemble it. They left the mattress and the base propped here and there in my small apartment. I can barely move in or out of my rooms. I cannot leave my apartment on the off chance that someone somewhere may do something.

***WARNING BUY YOUR MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE*** This place is completely stupid, THEY JACK UP THE PRICES on the mattresses and offer you discounts to make it seem like your saving money, oldest trick in the SLEAZY SALESMEN GUIDE TO SELLING. I bought a $1800 memory foam mattress from here less then a year ago and it started growing mold inside of it and i did not spill anything on my bed this all happened from sweat.. something we all do at night naturally when we sleep. I called customer services and they would NOT replace my mattress that i had for less then a year. I went online after i got this problem and discovered 1000's of people having the same PROBLEM, but the people at customer services kept on saying they never heard of this problem.. guess what the kid i was talking to on the phone had only worked there for 3 months.. so how the hell does he know if it's a PROBLEM or not, when he's only worked there for 3 months. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ANYTHING FROM SLEEP COUNTRY. It's all about making commission for the people that work there. I owned my old mattress for over 15 years and never had any problems with it i also only spent $200 on that mattress. This one cost me $1800!! and it's USELESS after 1 year. No replacement offered to me at all, even though this mold problem with memory foam is all over the internet they just kept on DENYING that it was a problem, go online and see for yourself. Also the guy on the phone kept on arguing with me, not helping me with the PROBLEM AT ALL just talking for the sake of talking. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! ****WARNING DO NOT BUY YOUR MATTRESS FROM SLEEP COUNTRY****

This company is the worst company I have ever experienced. Do NOT trust their comfort guarantee policy. My mattress was priced at 4000 and I bought at 2000 (they give every customer at least 50% off their regular price) But that was too soft for me so I decide to exchange a firmer one which is 4200 on their price. I thought I just need to pay the difference for 200 (4200 mins 4000). But the sales guy ask me to pay 2200 and became so rude. They just play the game with you. I will never buy anything from them, anything!

After 5 years of a 10 year warranty ,our mattress had warped so badly , we no longer can sleep on it. The person i spoke to sent me their warranty page. However after reading hundreds of of similar stories about this lengthy process ending with a refusal to honor the warranty, and since we have no mattress in the meantime, we decided not to waste anymore time. This warranty is worthless . Would never buy or recommend to buy from Sleep Country!
