I used Spiros over 20 years ago and when it came time to replace the roof, I did not bother checking out other contractors. I just went with Spiros again as he done such a good job before. You do NOT take risks with roofs. I could communicate with him, he and his team were punctual, professional, honest, hard-working, caring, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. If only I could get similar commitment and quality from other contractors/services, my life would be a lot easier. Normally, I don't give 10 stars, but because they did such a good job during a HEAT ALERT, this pushed the rating to the top for a well deserved 10.

We used Spiros 21 years ago to do our roof and was very satisfied with quality and price. His workmanship and his team were outstanding. We had the roof redone this year (May 2017) even though roof was still in good shape. The eavestroughs were also this time. They did a fantastic job and everything was cleaned up very nicely. I would highly recommend Spiro to anyone that needs a new roof or eaves. Very Satisfied Anthony

Got new shingles installed along with other services for a good price. The work was completed fairy quickly and my neighbours became customers as well. There was a dispute which was resolved.

I contracted Spiros to replaced my roofing shingles in 2009. Satisified with the quick and excellent job they performed, I again contracted them to replace my flat roof over my garage last summer (2016). A couple of weeks ago I noticed some paint at the base of my skylight well peeling and bubbling. I called Spiros and he came by the same week to inspect the problem area. After inspection of the roof, he found that the problem was caused by a loose flasing around the skylight and repaired it immediately for free. The best part was, he did not installed the skylight in the first place.

I needed a new roof before winter, and my friend recommended I give Spiros a call. Spiros came over, took measurements and came back with a price to replace the roof, but also then added in some recommendations. In my case additional vents and new plywood on the upper roof as the roof was sagging. I went with the recommendations, got what I thought was a fair price and the work was done over a 2 day period in November. Everything was done in a very professional way. Supplies were dropped off the day before, the team was very polite and took care to minimize the mess. Tarps were used to collect debris, and a magnet was used to check for any nails. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up in preparation for the next day. Spiros took care of new vents, flashings etc and installed a long life composite shingle. We used 55 sheets of new plywood which considering the cost I think is a great investment to make this roof last. All in all Spiros and his team did a great job and I am very happy with the end result. Highly recommended. Steve

After six months, my roof has definitely been to the test. No issues at all. Spiros is knowledgeable and friendly and gave me welcomed advice on how to spend my budget wisely. They were a man down due to illness and still completed the job in a day.

We have lived in this house (purchased new) 36 years. At about house age 17 we realized it was time for a new roof, we noticed quite a few houses in the area were in the same need for roofing replacement. There were a couple roofing companies doing work in the neighborhood so I called two of them in for an estimate, they were both close in price with Spiros a bit less so I chose him (not just because of the price) he seemed more experienced so we had the work done. The work was completed as scheduled and cleanup was perfect. Move ahead about 14 years after a bad snow and ice storm the Eavestrough suffered damage and another call to Spiros... We made arrangements for the work to be done while we were away for holidays and that was done, we got home and the work again done and cleaned up properly. Last year again the roof was looking a bit ragged so Spiros again completed the second roof timely and clean up was perfect, We just had two days of high wind and noticed a piece of flashing flopping in the wind ready to fly away, called Spiros and the same day on his way home he dropped by to reattach the loose piece and secure another piece that was ready to detach... I also recommended him to my brother (he has 2 roof replacements with Spiros) and three friends and they all had Spiros do the work and they also recommended him to other friends... Excellent work...

Introduced by my friend, I had Spiros replaced my house badly worn roofing shingles and skylight in 2005. The job was excellent. Recently, I found the interior painting around the skylight start peeling off. So I called Spiros. After physical inspection, Mr. Spiros assured me that the problem was caused by condensation only. To ensure further protection, he sealed the skylight again. Then, he found a section of the aluminum fascia cover missing (It was blown to the ground weeks ago during the recent wind storm). Mr. Spiros helped me fix it free of charge even it has nothing to do with the roofing job he did for us. It indeed is a great relief for me, because I have been waiting for a handyman to come, whom I called right after the aluminum piece fell off. I really appreciate Mr. Spiro’s thoughtfulness and excellent quality of services.
