Spriros Aluminum & Roofing gave me a thorough estimate. Stating all the work that was to be done on my roof and explaining in detail what I should expect. There were absolutely NO surprises. I had other contractors give estimates but I didn't feel as confident as I did with Spiros. His many years of expertise show once he completes the project. The crew was very professional, quick and tidy. They cleaned up around my flowerbeds, evestroughs and drive way. I will definitely recommend this gentleman to anyone who is shopping for a new roof. Thank you Spiros.

Spiros roofing has reroofed my freehold TH back in 2006 for about $3000. Couple of initial dissatisfaction points: 1. They promised to finish as of end of June but actually finished on Aug 7 2006. 2. They worked vey hasty and shingles were not laid in straight lines at all. Now what the trouble is. My neighbour who agreed to go with Spiros on my solicitation told me this summer (2009) that he had multiple leaks which his friend has fixed for him. I climbed on the roof and found out multiple repairs of counter flashing on his roof. And also - some insecure and unsealed flashing on mine. When I called Spiros he first asked me to fax him an invoice which I sent by e-mail. After few days I called again and he claimed he had a problem with e-mail. Then he came to my place and would not go on the roof but gave me extended explanations why counter flashing is not his responsibility. Few days later I found my contract where the was a checkmark against "resecure and seal existing counter flashing". I called him again and conveyed this point to him. Then he changed tune to the consequences of storms and hurricanes and other abnormal weather event which is absolutely irrelevant in this case. Finally I stopped waisting my time with this eloquent person because unlike other posters I have dignity and will not beg a contractor to do a 30 min. job after 100 hours of discussions. Maybe all contractors are like this but next time I would roll the dice and try somebody else. And definitely I'll never recommend him to anybody except to those who are seeking adrenalin rush from skillful argument.

Good luck getting a call back when rain is pouring in thru the skylite! I finally went up in the rain to caulk the thing myself and save the drywall!! Maybe they will help TO repair the drywall 23 feet up over the stairs. HA! At least it isn't leaking in that area anymore. Now it's time to figure out why water is flooding my basement thru the eavestrough.Don't WORRY spiros I shant waste my time calling y.

We were in the market for a new roof. We called four companies to get a quotation. Spiro was not only fairly priced but he was very professional, very educated and did exactly what his contract said. We highly reccommend Spiros Roofing for a very professional job and the years of expertise shows on the quality of his work.

Had the roof and eavestrough replaced by Spiros back in 1999/2000. Excellent pricepoint, very good workmanship and was done in the time promised. Only issue, was we heard a small leak about 4 years later, and when we called Spiros, it took us many phone calls and letters before he came out to look at the problem. He then stated it was due to poor caulking and not his work. Anyhow, he did fix the problem. Would recommend him to others, but we warned of after sales service.
