This is the 2nd time we've used Spiros. He put a roof on 5 years ago - excellent. Called Spiros on a Friday night after a recent wind storm and he and his crew were there the next day. Quality service. Fair prices. Spiros and his crew will look after you.

We contacted Spiros Saturday morning after losing a number of shingles in a wind storm on Friday night. (They had replaced our roof a number of years ago and we were very pleased with their work.) They were very busy, but were able to come to the house the same afternoon. You can't beat service like that!

My roof needed replacing. The high winds and heavy rains of this past spring were worrying me. So I started my research for roofers. I found the HomeStars website and I requested quotes for redoing my roof. SPIROS was the first to respond and the first to give me a quote. I had 5 companies give me quotes. I liked SPIROS from the get go he was very professional and friendly. He explained the job to me and answered my questions. They came today, April 27, 2018 and did my roof. Everything was contained and clean. They did a great job I am very happy with the work. Now I can breathe again. Even the cats were a little freaked out with the noise but are now napping and calm. Highly recommended.

We had some severe wind storms in the region last week and as a result lost a couple shingles. Sent a message to Spiros very late on a Saturday night, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a call back Sunday morning. Mr. Spiros listened to my case and was able to give me a rough quote over the phone which I appreciated to avoid sticker shock. He was able to see me the same morning, fix my roof and at the price previosuly discussed. During this time, Mr. Spiros inspected the rest of the roof and did some minor repairs. We used Spiros 7 years ago to replace some shingles that were displaced after a storm. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work and price. His workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. Just recently we experienced some bad weather and our turbines needed replacing. I called Spiros and he was at my house the next day doing what he loves to do. Get up on the roof and work. Great guy, great job.

As I was inspecting my roof after strong winds had hit Maple throughout the day I came across a small area without any shingles and showing the bare plywood underneath. My main concern was that of having water going through the plywood causing damage to the second floor ceiling. The weather man was calling for heavy rain the same afternoon and the day after. After being turned down by several roofing contractors , I was very fortunate to meet Mr. Spiros that together with his men was working on the house situated one block away from mine One hour after I explained my concerns to him, Mr Spiros came to my house and two hours later he was back to repair the damage. The job was completed in less then then forty-five minutes! What an exceptional ambassador of high professionalism and workmanship. A very warm and caring person whose attitude and respect fer people's problems and concerns exceeded tremendously his call of duty. A very gentleman and a superb human being.

Spiro was the first to call as I needed to fix a few of my loose shingles on my roof before the coming storm. I waited for 2 other contractors who did not respond. While I would have preferred to compare some quotes, my priority was to get the exposed roof addressed asap. Spiro arrived as promised and swiftly replaced the shingles. I am thankful that I did not have to wait another day. For that reason I rated them excellent due to their commitment to deliver.

We used Spiros 15 years ago to replace our roof and install turbines and were very satisfied with the qualityof his work and price. His workmanship and professionalusm and his team were outstanding. We had the roof and eaves replaced this year (end of July/early August, 2017). When Spiros came over to give us the estimate, the roof was in pretty bad shape and when we told him we had had a leak he temporarily covered up that part of the roof with no obligations as he was worried about the damage that could occur before we got the roof replaced. After confirming that we wanted him to do the job Spiros returned with his crew about 10 days later to replace the roof and turbines. They completed the job in one day even though they had to replace over 30 plywood sheets. About 2 weeks later his eavestroughs crew replaced the eavestroughs. Both jobs were completed in a timely fashion. The two crews did a fantastic job and everything was cleaned up very nicely. They were very professional in their approach to the work, met all their promises and I am confident we can trust their warranty. We would highly recommend Spiros to anyone that needs a new roof or eaves. He gives a complete report as to what is needed to ensure your roof will be protected. The Gordon's

Spiro did the roof for my parents, aunt and cousin's houses couple of years ago and I was very happy with the work and turbines they installed. This year my roof needed replacing, when he came over to give me the estimate; my roof was so bad that Spiro temporarily patched up my roof with no obligations as it was really bad and he was worried about water damage to the inside of the house; thank goodness for his quick thinking; with the amount of rain we have had this year he saved my home from further damage. In a week or so he returned with his crew and replace my roof the same day.
