Thanks, Mr. Spiros Spiros and his team did a great job to replace the shingle and rotten plywoods. I got a reasonable quotes compared to other companies. I highly recommend Spiros roofing.

In 2008 we bought our first house . It's roof needed to be reshingled. We called many companies and no one came even close with the price Spiros offered to us. He surprised us not only with his rate but also with his expertise and professionalism. We hired him. Job was done quickly with high end finishing. They also took care of home surroundings ( lawn, backyard, driveway, fences etc...) Three years later strong wind pushed our metal chimney to one side, this caused a big gap under few shingles. We called Spiros to come and check it. After just few hours he showed up and fixed the problem without charging us. Real customer care. Thank you very much Spiros

After receiving several quotes from different companies we chose Spiros because of his expertise and competitive price. We very pleased when the crews showed up for work; they were efficient, clean and they took the time to discuss options with us before proceeding with the work. Spriros made several suggestions himself which turned out to be spot on. In the end we recommended Spiros to our neighbour and they're having their roof reshingled as well.

I investigated a number of roofing companies as I had to have my garage roof reshingled. Spiros came to my home immediately to look at the roof and give me a quote. He called me a week after I told him that I would like him to do the roof and told me he had some free time and could come over early afternoon of the next day and do the roof. He arrived at 1 and was finished at about 330. He came with his crew of five guys and finished it very quickly. His crew cleaned up after and the roof looks great. His rates are very good and the whole experiece was very pleasant. I would go back to him and have already recommended him to friends of mine who are interested in having a roof done. He was on time, his price was very good and is a very honest person. I am not the least bit fearful of him not backing up his warranty and know he will be there for any reason. When I need my next roof done I will certainly use this company.

Highly professional roofing company. This is the third roof on our house and Spiros' company is the best we have hired. He explained and showed us in clear and logical detail how the roof his company was installing was going to last and protect our home longer than the 2 previous jobs that were done with the same or similar materials. The other roofs we had installed were also done by family-run businesses but that alone does not guarantee a good result and good experience: Spiros was obviously paying attention when he learned his trade and he takes pride in his company's work. His installers were all courteous and professional as well. Afterwards the installers did an amazing cleanup and almost nothing was left behind except for a roof that exceeds the house's original roof in quality and installation excellence. The job was done on time and on budget with no surprises: I have heard first hand accounts of other roofing jobs performed by companies with high market visibility that did not meet the customer's expectations and it all relates to experience and professionalism. We would recommend Spiros Aluminum & Roofing Inc to any of our friends.

Spiros was very efficient, fair and trustworthy. His workers were non-imposing and worked throughout the day to get the job done. Clean up was great and the roof looks great as well. We used Spiros 10 years ago at another house and were pleased with his work so decided to use him again and we are happy that we did.

Spiros and team did a great job replacing my shingles! The team definitely knows what they are doing, and while another roofing company started and completed a neighbour's roof in the same day, Spiros was able to clearly point out the shortcuts that were being taken, and the potential damage that was being done to the shingles by the competitor. Spiros took an extra day but he takes pride in his work and reputation and is easy to talk to. Would recommend them for any shingling work!

On family advice we contacted Spiros to provide an estimate and we are glad we did! On initial inspection Spiros himself fixed a few spots to ensure we did not have any leaks before they could come to replace the roof. Called Spiros for a quote and he came by my house on the same day. He gave me a Very good quote to re-shingle my roof and replace my eavestroughs. I had contacted 5 contractors and felt the most confident with Spiros. Spiros guys did a great job with the roof and the eaves, After everything was done they also did a great job with cleanup. Highly recommend. A+

When looking for a contractor to re-shingle my roof and change my eaves as well as fascia I gathered quotations from 6 contractors. When it came down to selecting a contractor I found Spiro of Sprios Aluminum and Roofing the most professional as well as knowledgeable. I had unconditional confidence that he could complete the job at hand with great craftsmanship. He arrives to your home with a large crew to complete the job efficiently. By the time I got home from work my home's roof had been re-shingled and a day later all the aluminum had been changed. Before my consultation with Spiro I had done my research on the type of shingle I wanted (Architectural) and the colour I planned to use. Spiro agreed that architectural shingles should be placed on my house but when I told him I wanted to go with Dual Black as the colour of my shingle he disagreed. He advised me that he had been in the business for 25+ years and has seen all types of homes. He recommended Heatherwood should be used as the colour of my roof and said the colour of the aluminum I had chosen (Sand) would look better with Heatherwood. I was reluctent to use Heatherwood but eventually went with it. In the end, just as I had originally thought the craftsmanship was second to none and to top it off I have received numerous compliments from my neigbours on the colour co-ordination of my roof and new aluminum.
